We love Utah!!! Our family enjoys recreating in the outdoors together with friends! Whether it is hiking, camping, rafting, motorcycle riding, mountain biking, ATV riding or hanging out at the lake Southern Utah has it all.
Why they chose this property
This property is wonderful because it is in a nice new neighborhood that is close to everything we love and away from the traffic in St George.
What makes this property unique
Right on the Park. Brand New House, Open floorplan with huge great room area. Your own private pool and Hot Tub. borders confluence park where you can walk or ride a bike through nature paths to and along the Virgin River.
