Loved this place!

Super child friendly and a lot of fun games and amenities for the adults as well. So fun to look at the stars in the hot tub and night after hiking! Host is quick to respond to needs!

Vacation House

Great location, close to Zion NP. Check in was easy, everything had a place and was clearly labeled. Everything you needed to know concerning the property was contained in a binder and was very easy to follow. Great place to stay!

The house is beautiful. Very clean and stocked with anything you may need and more. Our host was friendly and very quick to respond. Hot tub was a bit confusing, instructions would help and the cover blocks the sun in the early evening. But it was very clean as was the back yard. I suggest you move the garbage cans where neighbors can’t access them because a lot of trash was put in the ones for the property that was not from us. Unfortunately they did not separate the recycling. Speaking of recycling, that area only allows certain types of bottles. Being from an area that takes all bottles we had no idea which type was which and the bottles are not labeled with their type. Even though most who are staying there are going to Zion (get there no later than 6:30am or there is no parking left in the lots) take the drive to Bryce Canyon, it’s amazing

Perfect Zion getaway

The house was exactly what we were looking for. We've stayed at several VRBOs and this one tops the list. The house was stocked (and labeled) with everything we needed. The host was prompt getting back to us as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Terrific VRBO!

Artist’s retreat! Beautiful home designed with the guests in mind. 25 minutes to Zion. Essentials are all close by as well. House is in great condition.

Creative and Practical Stay

Our extended family of 5 adults found it very easy to relax at this rental property. We made good use of the musical instruments, the games, the fire pit and the hot tub. The practical labeling in throughout the house made it easy to feel right at home. We loved the small crowds of the national park in the off-season and highly recommend.

Perfect Family Retreat

This may be the best property we have rented on VRBO. The house is beautiful, the setting unbeatable, and the host has thought of everything a guest could want - providing labels and instructions for the whole house. She even provided dog beds, bowls, and blankets for our two dogs. They also loved the property - plenty of yard space for them, and direct access to the trails that we had fun exploring together. We will definitely be staying at this place again!

Couple’s Retreat

House was wonderful and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Plenty of room for three couples with an extra bunk room that wasn’t needed for our stay. De Anna put a lot of time and attention in setting up the house with everything one might need, labeling all kitchen drawers, and providing necessary instructions and local information.

A true Home away from home

What an awesome experience staying at this perfect vacation rental. Our host, De Anna, was so gracious and thought of everything we could possibly ever need. We felt so taken care of. Every single inch of our rental was so well thought out and planned. De Anna literally thinks of everything! Wonderful art on the walls, spacious backyard and patio with lounge, and the most perfect well laid out kitchen that should have its own recognition. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay

We loved our stay at this home in LaVerkin. It was very clean and comfortable for our family of 5 and our 2 dogs. The home is very well-organized, with everything clearly labeled. They have everything we needed and more in terms of household supplies, dishes, coolers, games, etc. We loved the hot tub in the evenings after hiking. Zion is a quick 25-30 minute drive (though you may have to wait a while to enter the park if you aren’t there early). The artwork in the home is beautiful. DeAnna checked in with us shortly after we arrived and otherwise we didn’t need anything. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone considering it and we would stay here again for sure.

Perfect get away property

We were very impressed with our stay. We wanted a house that was close to Zion and Bryce and this was a half hour from Zion and 2 hours from Bryce which was a nice middle point. We drove in from Vegas and it was a scenic 2 hour drive. The house was very clean and organized. Everthing was labeled as far as cabinets and drawers, and appliances had directions printed. My wife was impressed by the amount of supplies that were stocked, like sugar, coffee, laundry supplies, etc. Furniture was updated and clean. Our favorite part was the hot tub, which was essential after hiking most of the day. The back yard is quiet and well maintained and offered a mountain view from the hot tub. De Anna was a pleasure to work with from setting up door codes to checking on us mid stay to make sure everything was good. Check in/check out was made simple with her directions. We will definitely be returning to this property in the future, it was one of the best vacation rentals we have used.

Immaculate Experience

An Immaculate set up!!! Let's start there! Tucked away in a tiny neighborhood, close to all the magic in Zion, this home makes life just easy for you. The owners are clearly OCD and perfectionists and got everything down to the T. There is not a thing overlooked. Everything you need is thought of, and not only that, it's all labeled and easy to see and find. Other than your own food and little snacks and clothes, you don't need to bring anything!! .. All the labeling makes life so easy, you don't have to think or search for anything, it is all crystal clear which makes it truly feel like a vacation.. Zen.. The house was spacious and had a great layout in order to have privacy. The kitchen had it all and everything was neatly labeled!!!! The board games, many of them, beach towels by the door in a basket for the hot tub.. the list goes on.. So thank you whomever you are, you have thought of it all and made our stay a truly zen vacation. Coming from us all, you are much appreciated!!. We had a blast and such a wonderful and smooth stay.

Fun and comfy house!

We really appreciate all the labeling and notes in the house. It made things so much easier to find or be aware what you have to work with! The house is decorated beautifully with all the homemade paintings, it just made the stay so much more homey. We also like all the games available for guests to use. The house had enough bowls, plates, and cups for everyone even stuff for the kiddos. Appreciate the thought that went into stocking the house. Property is a good size for 8 but may get a little crowded for 10 adults. There are only 2 restrooms in the house. There was a large crack on the wall in the kitchen that made us a bit uneasy and the garage does not come down all the way flush. The location of the house is very close to the gas station and grocery store which was convinent. It's also a easy drive to Zion/Springdale area. It's about 29 mins. The neighborhood you drive into to get to the house is not as nice but once you get to the house it's located across a park. Overall, had a wonderful stay and definitely will rent again! Great location to Zion

Super clean, & exceptionally well organized; everything was labeled. If you have a pup, stay here. We didn't, but there were treats & more for dogs. Kitchen & baths well stocked. Patio & yard was pretty. Wall art was fantastic. Loved it! Just loved it.

Such a fun place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here! It had every amenity you can think of and lots of extras: hot tub, board, games, yard games, mesa view, hiking nearby as well as a half an hour to Zion. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable beds.

The perfect getaway retreat

This is one of, if not the best rental I’ve ever stayed in. It is absolutely perfect, super comfortable, clean, spacious but cozy, gorgeous art work, lots of special touches. We were 3 couples for a couple days visiting Zion and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. They neighborhood isn’t the best, but once you’re inside it’s a shangri La. Highly recommend! Thank you to the hosts who really thought of everything
