La Louisine , Near the Gulf of Morbihan with a big garden

Ideally located "La Louisine" is in a private hamlet of quiet houses with a large fully fenced garden with trees and not overlooked with garden furniture, and relax chairs on one side of the house and sofa with its large cushions, barbecue on the other side. La Louisine is a 5-minute drive from Vannes, the Gulf of Morbihan (Moustian), shops (open all year round), numerous cycle paths and footpaths a few steps from the house (ultra marine June 29 to July 2 2023). The completely renovated house consists of a sleeping area to the left of the front door with three bedrooms and a bathroom (1 bedroom with a 140x190 bed, another with two 90x190 beds and the third of this sleeping area with 90X190 bunk beds) on the oak parquet floor. The shower room/wc is tiled and faienced, with a shower cubicle, vanity unit with integrated washbasin and heated towel rail. Separated by the entrance hall, the sleeping area is isolated from the day area, a plus for children's sleep!! The day area is a room with a cathedral ceiling with a white and red Breton lighthouse in the center, this reminds you that you are indeed in the Gulf of Morbihan. On one side of the lighthouse the living room with double sofa and on the other the fitted kitchen in white glass (electric oven, induction, dishwasher, integrated fridge, double Senséo coffee maker (espresso and traditional) various crockery services, food processor, toaster, kettle, teapot...The main room is equipped with a reversible air conditioning so if it's hot outside you'll always be comfortable inside. Plenty of storage and worktops. A large table in front of the lighthouse and its large Breton sideboard with the 110 cm flat screen. day, you access the master suite which, through the French window, opens onto the terrace.160X200 bed, 81cm flat screen and bathroom with 140cm bathtub and its furniture with integrated basin, wc and towel dryer. by day, we also access the room at the back of the kitchen with the washing machine, an additional fridge-freezer for cold drinks, a large 1922 oak cabinet for storage and separate toilets. There is especially the 8 pool billiard table which overlooks the terrace with the outdoor kitchen and the barbecue in a quiet and shaded area. Each bedroom has shutters for the night. A maximum of 4 adults and 4 children will make the most of La Louisine and you will enjoy your holidays in the Gulf of Morbihan.
Your dog (small or medium size and well educated, no doubt about it) is also authorized (21€ per stay for a small dog under 15 kg and 28€ per stay for a medium dog from 15 to 30kg) only one per stay and no cat for allergies, the garden is large and well fenced for his comfort and yours. We leave you the choice of cleaning or paying 150 euros. (we leave cleaning products available).

A deposit of 1000 euros will be requested on arrival and returned on departure if everything has been fine.
