rental for 2 to 3 beds maximum (2 adults and 1 child) located on the 3rd and last floor, .. the studio is 35mÂČ on the ground 15mÂČ Carrez law it has a 140x1 bed. 90 with duvet or blanket, a fixed sofa and a single bed with duvet or blanket, towels and bed linen are not provided. the bathroom has a bathtub, sink and wc ... in the hallway entrance with a large cupboard, the kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, oven, fridge, normal coffee maker and senseo coffee maker, toaster, fondue raclette, dishes etc, tv. vacuum cleaner, in the DRC a ski rack, free parking is right next to the residence, no need to take your car, the cable car is about 300m, the Caesar thermal establishment is 100m as well as the thermal baths center les bains from the rock, the swimming pool, the ice rink, the cinema, the bars and restaurants are nearby, the 3-week cure package is € 490 excluding shelter costs.

Un petit studio fonctionnel (1 adulte et 2 enfants) et trĂšs bien placĂ©. Les oeufs sont Ă  moins de 5 minutes Ă  pied ( sans pente raide!), les 3 etages se font bien aussi. La residence est tres calme. C'est difficile de se garer pour dĂ©charger, mais c'est souvent ainsi Ă  Cauterets. Mais il ya des parking gratuits pas trĂšs loin, et ensuite on fait tout Ă  pied.PropriĂ©taire impeccable. Seul bemol: le mĂ©nage qui peut ĂȘtre moyennement fait par les prĂ©cĂ©dents locataires. Le rapport qualite prix de ce studio est donc impeccable.

C'est un logement trĂšs pratique pour deux personnes mettant Ă  disposition le nĂ©cessaire : vaisselle, cuisine, frigo, jeux de sociĂ©tĂ© etc... Il est trĂšs bien situĂ© dans le centre de Cauterets, Ă  proximitĂ© des principaux points d'intĂ©rĂȘts de la ville (office de tourisme, cinĂ©ma, thermes CĂ©sar). L'inconvĂ©nient principal est que l'appartement est sous les combles et que c'est difficilement vivable par forte chaleur en Ă©tĂ© comme il n'y a pas de clim (raison des 3 Ă©toiles). Je conseille cet appartement surtout hors Ă©tĂ©.
