Was in town to help someone move, washer/dryer came in handy, location is very central - rest as advertised. Host is on the ball!

We had everything we needed. The Manager went above and beyond to see that you Were taken care of. no hassle no problem’s, ever thing you need to cook, wash dryer and clean towels, will stay again..,,,

Very coinvent and just what we needed for four nights.

Pictures on VRBO gave the impression the unit was on 1st floor but our unit turned out being 2nd floor. We had a nice balcony so it was OK for us. The 2nd floor unit had some obvious ceiling damage from what appeared to be prior roof leaks. Sheet rock was pealing up and water spots. It rained one night but no leaks so it may be a repair in progress. We just overlooked the ceiling. The floor plan of the unit was very nice. It was a pet friendly unit and Bella enjoyed meeting all the new neighbors. Overall we enjoyed our short stay.

Awful

Bed bug infested. Don’t come here if you want pay extra to relocate elsewhere mid way through what was supposed to be a relaxed trip. Look at something cleaner than this dump :)

Great location in Sarasota

Great location, very close to Siesta Key and all it has to offer as well as the downtown area of Sarasota. Greta local amenities as well (supermarket, brewery).
