It’s a very cute place nicely decorated and perfect location to attractions. We really enjoyed our stay and especially enjoyed the lanai overlooking a small pond.

The location was great. It was very easy to get to and from the condo. The pictures online don’t do the condo justice. It was very spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great condo for a family vacation of 4.

Condo was very clean and had everything you needed. We only made brunch but kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were nice and comfy. Location was great, 10 min from beach, lots of restaurants and stores near by. We did not use the pool, mostly spend our days at the beach.

Annual vacation with four friends

Our first time in this area and it did not disappoint. Great area to all beach locations. Extremely happy with the condo. Property was clean, well furnished and well equipped with everything we needed including all beach supplies. Host checked in with us to Make sure we were comfortable. It was well stocked and plenty of room for the four of us.

The location was 30 minutes or less from everything. Beach, aquarium, mini golf, etc. As far as the actual property goes, it was excellent. Very tidy and accommodating for what we were looking for. The screened in porch was definitely a plus. Spent all of our evenings there. Husband even fell asleep out there. Lol. I definitely plan on returning. Thanks again Karen.

We stayed for month of May. Very nice and roomy condo.

We stayed for a month, had some minor issues upon arrival. We were impressed on how easy and fast the owner was to respond. The property is in a great location. The only issue is the traffic on the busy road, that being said...we plan on returning. We loved the lanai, the comfort of the kitchen and living space. You can literally walk to the grocery store and bike to Siesta Key beach.

Vacation getaway close to Siesta Key

The pictures of the property exactly match the condo. The lanai is a great place for morning coffee, evening cocktails or just quiet time. The well appointed kitchen is easy to work in, has just about everything you need. The seating area in the living room is spacious and comfortable for a group, convenient to the kitchen or lanai and great view of the pond. Very nice TVs throughout made it easy to keep up on our favorite shows too. The master suite has a wonderful comfortable bed and the room is remarkably quiet. It is a great place for any amount of time, actually convenient to get to shopping or the beach. Also the towels and beach equipment made it easy for beach going without the challenge of packing your own. And the large washer and dryer make cleanup after the beach easy. The host is extremely responsive and easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. More than what 5 stars show.

Sunny Days with a View

We loved the comfy furnishings in this condo. The host was very communicative. We really loved the patio and watched all sorts of wildlife in the pond to include an aningha and an otter! We loved how easy it was to get to the market. We also appreciated the coffee and creamer in the condo as we got in super late the first night. We restocked to pay it forward. My only concern was not being able to use the garage for our rental car. I kept worrying about theft or storm damage.

Karen’s place is beautiful and so wonderful! We loved everything about it and had a fabulous week! Karen was quick to respond and communicate with questions. We will stay again. Our favorite spot was the lanai, we started the day there with coffee and ended the day there as well. It felt like gone was very well furnished!
