Studio with full Incredible kitchen, dishes, pans, stove and refrigerator. 4.8 miles from beaches. Pool and jacuzzi. Both can be heated for your use with additional charge.Big pool 10 feed deep, Restaurants and grocery stores close by. 5.1 miles to down town Sarasota. The area is so Quiet in the morning you can hear the birds singing. 2 miles from her is the Legacy Trail a 25 miles Bicycle Path Walking Trail. You have full privacy, but I am still living next door to you. when my guest are not using the pool, I am maybe will use the pool by myself but only when it’s empty.

Perfect property for our needs

Came into town for a few days. It was the perfect location for getting around to the things that we wanted to do and see. Owner was easily contacted and the property was exactly as listed. Highly recommend this place in Sarasota and if we come back, it will be where we stay!

Great location and host

The property is centrally located for beaches, sightseeing and shopping. The studio was well equipped with everything necessary for cooking and having access to the washing machine and dryer was an added bonus. The host was very gracious and made us feel very welcome. We did not use the pool or hot tub but it looked very inviting. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Great little place

My husband and I had a nice time. The hosts were great. The kitchen was well equipped with what I needed. The pool was always nice to go to also. Close enough to the beaches. If it wasn’t for the traffic it would only take about 10 minutes or so to get there.

Great location

It’s a great location thats close to several different beaches . The unit was very nice with everything you needed. It had a beautiful shower . We thought we were going to use the pool and hot tub but we were to busy going to the beaches to find time to use it. We are planning on going back next year and staying at the unit . We stayed there for 15 days.
