Your Safety is our #1 Concern! My 2nd Home, LLC was founded by a previous General Manager of a Wyndham Resort. She brought her extensive knowledge through years of training on customer safety to this business. The staff at My 2nd Home, LLC is always putting our guest's safety at the top of the list of priorities. We start by providing professionally laundered linens through American Linen Supply Company (ALSCO). This assures your sheets, towels, bathmats, etc. have been cleaned using commercial machines with boilers and commercial grade cleaners which kill more germs than a home washer/dryer can do. We also make sure every surface of the home is wiped down with commercial cleaners with bleach, paying special attention to items such as remote controls, doorknobs, cupboard handles, and anything within the home which are touched by hands on a regular basis. We provide single use products rather than large bottles of shampoos, soaps, etc. which have been used by previous guests. Our goal is for our guests to have a safe, enjoyable time staying at a My 2nd Home property, knowing that the home they are staying in has been cared for and cleaned by the best in the business.

Not a great first impression…
We walked in upon arrival and immediately found a syringe with a needle in the kitchen trash can. God knows what kind of biohazard or substance that contained. Very dated appliances and bathroom. Unit smelled stuffy/musty. Parking was very difficult and every night we had to park several buildings away. The “driveway”in front of the garage for the specific unit had a no parking sign so we had to park and walk quite a distance.

Just okay
The condo is kinda worn looking. The rooms are outdated. The deck is awful. The bedding was clean but the headboard shelf was very dustu. Did not use the kitchen or sit on the living room furniture. I will say that the manager on duty was extremely helpful when I called for assistance. The pools and outdoor areas are wonderful!

Property management the worst I have ever experienced
Property management the worst I have ever experienced. Communication with property management was not only untimely but I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life in a hotel or VRBO. Because it was a weekend I called the emergency contact number several times before I got an actual person. When I told her I had been trying to get a hold of someone for over three hours she said “ nobody’s called and nobody’s left a message“. I told her in fact that I had called and texted and posted something on the website. She said “no you didn’t” I told her there was a man’s Voice on the answering machine and I left a detailed message that there was no Wi-Fi and I needed it desperately as I was sending out messages for extended family for a funeral that afternoon for my sister. Then she said “oh, someone must’ve forwarded my phone. Not my fault.” And she said she “knew the Wi-Fi wasn’t working and hoped somebody would’ve fixed the Wi-Fi but they never showed up.” I then told her that the room was not accurately represented because I needed to work during my 10 day stay and I need Wi-Fi. At that point she said a few quick words and hung up on me. I had to drive downtown to several cafés to try and find Wi-Fi. My contact list was on my computer and I needed Wi-Fi. I finally found Wi-Fi and got contacts for 17 people and had to make phone calls as the funeral changes were in two hours. I wasn’t even able to shower before my sister’s funeral. The Wi-Fi was eventually fixed 44 hours after check in and then I was charged an additional 75+ dollars for miscellaneous fees. I will never stay at a condo who uses this property management. Not only were they rude, they were dishonest. The VRBO website was manipulated to take off my questions and communication. It only showed one question where in fact I had asked three. Also the text thread with the property management is missing from my phone. I called Verizon and they said that someone who is savvy could take that off my phone if I was using their Wi-Fi. This was the worst nightmare of a stay in St. George I have ever had. I come twice a year for a week each time to see my extended family. I will never stay where this property management is utilized. The condo is beautiful and very comfortable and well stocked. The owners took great care to make it nice. I gave this a low star rating because the property management made my stay quite awful.

Here at My 2nd Home LLC, Vacation Rental management, we understand what makes a vacation home right for our guests. We make it our business to find vacation rentals of the highest standard that go above and beyond our guest's expectations. By providing the finest in vacation rentals we can ensure that our guest's vacation is a success no matter which property they decide to stay in.

With over 18 years of personal Wyndham management, including general management, experience, and over 100 years with My 2nd Home's management team in place, we know what it takes to run a successful vacation rental management company. Providing quality homes, cleaned by quality employees, and providing quality customer and concierge service is what sets us apart from the rest. Whether you are renting with us or putting your rental in our hands as an owner you can be sure that you are working with the best.

Ty and Pam owned timeshares, and Pam was the general manager of a Wyndham timeshare resort while Ty owned and operated multiple quick lubes. But years ago they realized their timeshare quarterly fees just kept growing while usage of their timeshare kept shrinking due to the fact that the timeshares were rarely located in places they needed to travel for family events, etc. They hated using hotels/motels after being spoiled with the comforts of a timeshare, so they searched for a better option and started using marketing sites such as Airbnb and VRBO to rent vacation rentals. They soon discovered they could have the quality of a time share in locations wherever they needed, and not have to pay quarterly dues! So they sold their time shares, and over time, when it was time for Pam to take on a more regional role within the resort she managed, she decided she did not want to live the next several years in airports and cities nationwide with grandchildren close to home, so she and Ty decided to start their own business managing vacation rentals.

With Pam's experience in hospitality, the business has grown in leaps and bounds. They soon discovered that most vacation rental management companies come from a real estate background and have no knowledge of what it takes to operate a hospitality business. Pam knows that regulations to the vacation rental business are coming soon, so she insists on being ahead of the curve. This is why they have contracted with ALSCO for professionally leased and laundered linens. While most vacation rentals rely on their in-home washers and dryers, Pam knows from her training that only commercial washers reach temperatures hot enough to kill bacterias which can be brought into a rental home from guests traveling from anywhere in the world. Ty and Pam also discovered other management companies as well as personally managed properties allow various cleaning chemicals to be stored under cupboards or closets where children can easily reach, leaving the property owner with an unecessary liability. As they began to manage homes which had previously been managed by other nightly rental management companies, they realized quickly that very few management companies had preventative maintenance programs in place, which Pam knows the importance of, to ensure the best condition of the property. Pam says, "Each property must have a baseline of cleanliness that must be brought back to after each guest stay. Straying from that baseline can cause long-term issues with a home that is unacceptable in hospitality standards and
