SV Zion Ridge-Relaxation, Comfort and Fun all here at Sports Village Resort!

This quiet Condo is located in Sports Village Resort, 860 S Village Road, Saint George, UT 84770. It is located on the main floor with easy access parking right in front of the building. For your viewing enjoyment a 70" flat screen TV is in the living room. There is a fully functional dine in kitchen stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils to make your stay feel at home. Large bathroom with full sized shower/tub combo. Pool towels are also supplied for use in club house. Complimentary toiletries such as body soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer are supplied. This unit sleeps 6 with a very comfortable king size adjustable bed, a queen in the 2nd bedroom as well as the queen sized sofa sleeper in the family room. Extra sheets and blankets provided for sofa bed (located in ottoman). You also have access to a new washer and dryer within the unit for your convenience.
High speed wireless internet is provided along with a desk for our business guests. Also included is Hulu Live TV service, streaming hundreds of channels for your enjoyment at no additional cost. There is a secure keyless entry pad on door for self check in. You will be provided a personal code upon your arrival.

You will be close to all the main attractions! This is by far the best option in St. George for overall value. Pay far less than a hotel and get so much more.
Resort amenities include:
-4 community charcoal BBQ grills with picnic tables located outside clubhouse under a Cabana next to pools.
-2 Large Pools (one 18+ pool and a family pool-heated). Pools will be closed Monday following Thanksgiving and reopens on Friday of Presidents Day weekend.
-2 Jacuzzi - open year round
NOTE: The Tennis/Pickleball Courts will be closed starting on Monday, February 24, 2025 for necessary repairs. The repairs are anticipated to take 6 weeks. We hope to have the courts up and running the week of April 7th.

We had a great stay here! We stayed in St George as a hub for day trips to hike in the national parks. We enjoyed having access to the pool and hot tub after long days of hiking! It was in a great location, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. The washer and dryer were awesome to have as well! Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, good value

We stayed the weekend here and enjoyed the place. It has many at-home comforts. The bed in the master was super comfortable!! Management was prompt to respond when we needed something fixed. We saved $$ versus a hotel room. Great value.

Nice get away

The property was very nice. Even though we had people above us, we didn't hear them very often. The only issue we had was that my mom who stayed with me has trouble with stairs. We got the ground level condo because I thought there wouldn't be stairs. But there are two flights of stairs to get up to the apartment. Only one flight has a hand rail. Other than that, everything was great.

Cozy and comfortable

We loved all the amenities for activities to go outdoors and enjoy the beautiful Fall weather and watch the lunar eclipse right from our condo. Swimming pool clean and fun. Tennis, pickel ball, etc with equipment provided and plenty for all. Clean surroundings. King bed mattress is getting old maybe needs a flip as it sinks in the middle. Kitchen fully stocked and ready. We set off smoke detector as someone had left a pan in the oven w grease on top rack in the back and we did not see it when we placed tater tots to bake. Check the oven racks for other items before using. We went to Zion National Park, Pioneer Park, Top Golf, and other places. Definitely would stay here again.

Good stay snd location

Property is a little dated but well-maintained. The pool was not open while we were there but the hot tub was getting a lot of use. We didnt use any of the other amenities. We appreciated the extras that were included (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, napkins, papertowels, salt and pepper). We would stay there again.

Amazing shower

I’m a sucker for a nice bathroom and even though there was only one, the shower was amazing! The mattress in the master could use an upgrade but it was super cozy and very clean!

Needs a little TLC

Overall clean except patio. Had some very nice touches. However there is a foul musty and pungent odor and the windows are painted shut so we could not get fresh air. Pool was dirty and garbage smelled awful making it unpleasant to use the pool area. Pickleball courts are in disrepair. Won't go there again.

Comfortable and relaxing

We enjoyed the condo. I appreciated that it was on the 1st floor. It had a small outdoor patio with access from both bedrooms. We went in August and had the Adult pool to ourselves. They have a kids pool as well which is nice. I would stay there again.

Lots of room & quite

The host is super. Had to ask several questions the closer my stay got more questions I had. The host responded fast and very kind. The place has lots of room and very quite. Love the adjustable bed since I have lower back issues. Kitchen had the items I needed them some! Nice new washer & dryer combo.

We had a great time staying here. Very clean, organized and well stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed to be able to cook our meals. This is very important as we have food allergies.
