Sorry, no smoking, pets, or vacationing students. Maximum occupancy 8 guests. We are family oriented and will not rent to vacationing students or young adults under age 25. Rate does not include an exit cleaning fee, processing fee and 12% FL tax. No refunds of rent for late arrival or early departure.

Advance Rental Payment Policy:
VRBO processes the advance payment and final payment. If there is property disrespect, damage, and/or theft, VRBO will charge and collect from the vacationer.
