About this property

“SunScape" is located on the desirable 500 block of Naples Park, on a quiet block.
We call the house SunScape as it is both bright inside and out! A 1600 sqft open concept, 2bd/2 bath, Lanai Furniture, complete with outdoor fan, dining table, & comfy seating. Candles, & Bluetooth wireless speaker, & white lights complete the feel of your own private oasis!

It's an unusual house in that it is very spacious; cherry floors, crown molding, and large kitchen with Wine fridge/ bar area, 2 counter areas accommodating 6, in addition to an open dining area (also seats 6).

The house is a floor through; upon entering the front door, you can see through to the lanai! We also have a new sleep sofa with memory foam mattress, as are the queen and the two twins. There is also a new crib and bedding as of 10/19.

My daughter and I were thrilled to learn that our walk from the house is 18 minutes to Delnor Wiggins State Park. Walking from the house is sidewalk all the way, no need to cross any major roads or intersections! Before the park entrance, you can simply walk through the Bluebill Beach Access (photo included) which has restrooms and an outdoor shower. This is a quiet beach but if you wan't a more populated one, you can walk to Vanderbilt Beach (where the Ritz is located).

You can easily ride bikes to Vanderbilt Beach,The Pavillon (Plethora of Dining options from breakfast to burgers, Mexican, health food , ice-cream, pizza, & fine dining steakhouse, bike shop & movie theater).

Location is perfect for riding bikes or walking, as no need to cross major roads or intersections.

There is a gas grill on the lanai, and plenty of beach supplies: a cart to carry all beach gear, umbrella, easy pitch shade tent, chair umbrella, & 5 beach chairs.

June 2020, new fridge, repainted lanai & floor, 2022 new washing machine, grill, microwave new roof (not that should sway you:)… and new windows!

Perfect location

Bigger than what 2 of us needed but so glad we chose it. Close walk to beach, bikes were the best. Great neighborhood to walk/bike through. Back lani became our office. Hard to beat temps when it’s 27 degrees back home.

Clean and Quiet

Naples Park is a very desirable area as it is close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The house was clean and fresh and stocked well with the all the necessary items to be comfortable and relaxed. The owner was easily available for questions and checked in with us halfway through our stay to make sure we had what we needed. We spent most of our time away from the house, but felt safe and secure when we came in late each night. If given the opportunity, we would rent again.

Absolutely great!

Property was perfect and in great location. Owner had everything you would need for supplies which was wonderful. Very clean and decor was awesome. Would rent again in a heartbeat. Thanks for such a nice place to stay.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus

Alles ist im Haus vorhanden, auch Strandstühle und Transportmittel ebenso Fahrräder. Sehr sauberes Haus. In unmittelbarer Strandnähe. War für uns anfangs nur etwas schwierig wegen der Hurricanschäden, aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bett Queensize aber super Matratze. Absolut zu empfehlen

My daughter and I live up in chilly New England and have spent a few vacations down in Naples. We fell in love with the ease of the area, affordability (well, I loved that aspect:)), and the friendliness of everyone we came across. After a few visits, we decided to purchase a home we could use occasionally and share with others. The first week of August, 2018 we finally finished assembling all the furniture, decoration and supplying with all the necessities!
We are very active and wanted the ability to walk or ride our bikes to the beach without having to cross major roads and busy intersections.... I think we found the perfect spot!

Why they chose this property

Great location, quiet and sunny... not to mention the tropical vibe we immediately noticed when we pulled up to it; yellow with a caribbean blue! It's a "floor through"; open front to back as we have always preferred open concept! The color scheme is "Coastal" - light blues and greens. For those of us that like to cooke and consequently "gather" in the kitchen, this is it! An island with 4 stools, wine fridge w counter & storage, large counter that also has a few stools and opens into the living room - so the "chef" never feels left out!

What makes this property unique

The ability to make dinner in a spacious kitchen and then stroll to the beach for sunset! Or of course if you need a break from cooking (most Moms do...) there's an abundance to choose from, all within a 15 minute drive, or be adventurous and ride the bikes to the Pavillon on Vanderbilt Beach Road(Mexican, burgers, Bistro, Steak house, Pizza, Pub)
