Just minutes from white sand beaches-Vanderbilt beach and Bluebill beach access are both a 15-20 minute walk away. Located on 500 block of Naples Park, with easy access to Mercato are with fine dining, shopping and entertainment. Pool is heated and gets sunshine all day (south facing.) Huge Lanai with plenty of seating. This home is set up for comfort and enjoyment with family and friends. 6' stucco wall enclosing pool and back yard provides privacy while soft lighting creates relaxing ambiance in the evening and 4 bikes are provided with house!! Beach chairs, umbrella, towels and coolers are available for your use.

This home has kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, remodeled bathrooms and large lanai next to pool.

Cook on the grill by the pool, then walk to the beach to enjoy the beautiful sunsets at Vanderbilt Beach. At night you can walk or take a short drive to Naples newest 'hot spot' The Mercato. Night life, shops, movie cinemas, restaurants, book store, Whole Foods, Traders Joes, Publix and Walmart within 1 mile.

Beautiful House

Great Girls Trip!

We had a great stay! Heated pool was a bonus. Great location and close to Mercato to enjoy morning yoga and back to relax by the pool. Very nice updated property. This is Year #2 for this location and will plan to return.

Comfortable Beach Home

Great place to stay

Stress free from beginning to end. Bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrella, etc were available for use. Pool was great and outside area too. Close to the beach parking /access. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect vacation getaway

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. Everything was just as described and the house was clean and comfortable. Pool was very relaxing. Just a quick walk or drive to the beach! We saw some great sunsets. Shopped and dined at nearby Mercato. Wonderful stay!

nice house in a convenient location

Clean , well kept house. Some street construction going on during our stay but it did not impact us. The pool was very clean and the patio was a nice place to sit. Everything in the home worked fine and we used the bikes a few times.

Beautiful place. Very clean. Well stocked. Gorgeous private backyard pool, lanai. Outdoor grill. Beach was a 2 minute drive to free parking. Beautiful beach. Great nightlife nearby. One of the best places we’ve stayed and we try somewhere new every year. Great communication with host. Definitely A+++++

Great rental, as described

We enjoyed our stay at this home and feel everything was as described in the listing. We travelled with our 2 children, ages 2 1/2 and 5. We appreciated the extra high locks on the door going out to the pool for our children’s safety. The pool area is nice, private and well maintained. No issues with pool or temperature. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. We chose to drive to Conner park and walked over the bridge to Bluebill beach. There is currently construction going on at the Ritz on Vanderbilt beach, it was still open but not as pleasant because they have machines on the beach. The meters at Conner were not in service so parking was free for the whole week. The parking lot always had spots available and a golf cart shuttle ran between parking and beach drop off(runs on tips). Blue bill was not busy when we would go between 9-1 everyday, awesome sunsets in the evening. House is close to all stores, we went to Sam’s, Walmart, publix and Trader Joe’s. It was nice that the home offered trash bags, dish tabs, dish soap, coffee filters and laundry soap. We have stayed at other rentals and usually only have enough supply for 1-2 days, Dan supplies enough for a whole week+. We also used the beach/pool towels, pool dive toys, beach toys, float, bikes and beach chairs daily. We plan to book with Dan on our next trip to Naples.

Great stay!

We decided to stay at this location for the first time, but we’ve stayed at another house with Dan as the owner. The house was exactly as advertised. The house is stocked very well with towels, pots/pans, dish soap, hand soap, dishes, silverware, etc! The house was very clean! We used the pool every day as that was our main focus. Very relaxing backyard space with the lanai and pool area. Another awesome stay with Dan!

Everything at your fingertips

All the things you expect at home and more. Lovely pool to take a dip. Close to Vanderbilt Beach, Marco Island and great restaurants. Also not far from the famous 5th Avenue in downtown Naples. Great shopping experience.

Have enjoyed Naples Florida on each and every vacation. Can not say enough about this area and the people here. Our typical day includes walking or taking the bikes to the beach, lunch pool side, often biking to the supermarket for a prepared dinner and enjoying eating while the sunset sinks away on the beach. There is tennis, swimming, biking, golf, nightlife, tons of restaurants all within 5 minutes of the house. Let me know if there are any questions about the area.

There is so much to do in this area. Vanderbilt Beach and Bluebill beach access are both a 15-20 minute walk or jump on the bikes with backpack beach chairs. The beach is beautiful with many activities for everyone. Boating, fishing, golf, tennis, shopping, great dining, beautiful sunsets, shows, movies, parks, zoo, and more.
