Welcome to the beach!! The private oceanfront balcony is the perfect place for coffee at sunrise and sunset cocktails. This very comfortable and well equipped condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It will sleep six with a king sized bed in the master and 2 full sized beds in the second bedroom. The condo has a 50" HDTV in the living room, a 36" TV in the master bedroom, 2 DVD players and a TV/DVD combo in the second bedroom. The kitchen includes all that's necessary for preparing meals and a blender for those tropical frozen drinks! Enjoy the beautiful ocean view from the furnished balcony and bring your binoculars to spot the dolphins swimming by! This unit is located in Arcadian Shores on the quiet north end of Myrtle Beach where you will be able to enjoy the tranquility of the ocean and the pleasant surroundings without the overcrowding. For golfers there is Arcadian Shores Golf Course, a beautiful 18 hole course 2 minutes from the condo. If shopping is your thing there's Barefoot Landing, 2 Tanger Outlet Malls, Coastal Grand Mall, Colonial Mall, and Broadway at the Beach. There are great restaurants in the area and nightlife that includes live music and dancing. So come, relax, enjoy, that's what a vacation at the beach is all about.

Love Arcadian One but do not stay in 15D

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arcadian One is a great property. It is nice and quiet/private and we have stayed in different condos for many years. Do not stay in 15D! The condo has never been updated. It has popcorn ceilings that are peeling and hanging down, a microwave that has its door handle glued on, both shower heads do not work properly and the water pressure is horrible. Light fixtures don’t work and there is a mold problem. The bathroom sinks are so low that you really have to bend down to use them. There are beautiful units at Arcadian One....book a better one.

Great view, great location!

This condo is roomy, and you can’t beat the view! Kitchen & bathroom amenities were provided. Beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards were available. Lots of closet space and the beds we’re comfortable. The only things which need improvement are the ceiling, it is dropping pieces of acoustic, and the power sockets are hit and miss.

Overall

The Arcadian 1 has always been our vacation spot of choice. This unit needs some attention…believe there is an electrical short in light switches in both bathrooms, the patio door handle is broken, mold on the pillows and around vents. Other than that, we did enjoy our stay.
