The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Very friendly people, stunning views from the ocean front balcony,centrally located to many stores and restaurants. The unit itself however was not at all clean. I was very disappointed by this. The pillows were all slobber stained and God knows what else. I was so grossed out by that. The kitchen was not at all clean either. We didn't use anything in the condo we had to go and buy our own things to use. It saddens me that rentals like these in a resort town aren't ordered or inspected to keep this places up to par. We all travel a distance to have a vacation and it's difficult to settle in after such a long drive. I won't down talk the owner or the condo but I wouldn't return to this particular place. I suggest Arcadian inspect better before allowing an owner to rent our their units. It was quite gross. And after a 10 hour drive we couldn't get into our unit because the communication from property management didn't leave our packet in the lock box. Took a few hours with the help of a resident and the female maintenance worker we found to look for our packet.
