Nightly rate for 2 people $140/night
*extra guest fee nightly $12.00*
12 people max allowed and that nightly rate is $260.00 which is what we would normally charge.
We have gone to the per person nightly rate to encourage those couples who want a lake front condo to book as well and not have to pay the full rate of $240.00/night.
HOA update as of June 2022-2 pet limit, all pets must be on a leash and pick up after poop every time. Dog breeds prohibited: Pit bull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds and all mixes thereof.

Downstairs-2 bedrooms and one full bathroom; walk out patio to the water. 2ndary kitchen area with full size fridge and sink; bar area and shelves, living room with TV and dining/eating area downstairs.
King size bed, WiFi, pet friendly (one time fee $75.00), smoking outside only.
Propane grill on deck.
Outdoor chairs.

We are lakefront with access to Lake Catherine; you have to have a permit on your boat to use the lake and rules of HOA apply; get with owners please. Fishing you will need a local license and owners can direct you on that as well. We do not supply Kayak's etc-but they are available to rent with payment and permits at the near by marina's.

We do NOT have a swimming pool at the condo nor a hot tub; those are amenities in the Fairfield Glade area that you can have access too if you want and are pending openings/availability/service/etc.

(Update March 2019-New Flooring, new kitchens, 2 new step in showers upstairs, new deck, and gas fireplace and gas stove/oven in the kitchen )

If you secure a booking then we can request a guest pass, but we need full names of each person who might need one. the guest pass *does not pay* for amenities like golfing or a golf cart rental. It allows you access as a guest and you have to pay for your activities at The Glade, etc.

Trailers, boats and large vans aren't allowed to park per HOA rules.
Parking: one car can park under the carport, 2nd car can park behind that car. Anymore than 2 vehicles would need to park in an unmarked parking spot near by.
