This Redington Beach Home is a brand new construction home!

Experience a truly unique vacation with this one of a kind villa. With more than 2400 sq. ft. of living space, you'll have room to relax and enjoy the comforts this beach house has to offer. An open floor plan that effortlessly flows from one area into another invites you to relax and enjoy your home away from home.

This spacious home boasts 3 levels with 4 bedrooms, a game room, and a kids retreat!

The first level features a covered patio with beautiful landscaping and a Giant Swim Spa.
Second level features the main living areas, the Primary bedroom and laundry room.

This gorgeous beach house offers a fully equipped kitchen which is ready for quick meals or for dinner parties. The kitchen offers quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, glass top stove and plenty of cabinets. The kitchen is fully equipped with every needed utensil, kitchen appliance, crockery and glassware. This beautiful kitchen is complete with a quartz island that seats 4 guests.

The kitchen opens up to the dining area and living area.

The dining area seats 8 guests.

Living area is fully equipped with comfortable seating, large flat screen TV.

The second floor has easy access to a balcony equipped with rocking chairs for your enjoyment.

The Primary bedroom is spacious with a comfortable King bed and an en-suite with a walk-in shower, his ’n’ hers double vanity unit, a separate toilet and a walk-in closet.

The third level features the second primary bedroom, 2 more bedrooms and the kids retreat.

We provide a ping pong table and a shuffleboard for your enjoyment.

The kids retreat awaits! Complete with flat screen TV, games, books and much more. The kids retreat offers a fun space for the kids.

The second primary bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The third Bedroom has a queen bed. The fourth Bedroom has 2 full bunk beds with access to a private balcony. These two bedrooms share a hallway bathroom that offers a shower/tub combination.

All to comfortably accommodate 12 -14 guests.

Enjoy casual outdoor dining under the covered lanai complete with a gas bbq grill as well.

The best of all is the Giant Swim Spa!!!!

The beach is a two minute walk. There is beach access around the corner from this property with a dedicated crosswalk at the corner.

Important Details:

The elevator is disabled and not available for guest use.

This property allows 1 small pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00

* Spa heat is available (Oct - April ) $15 per day + taxes.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

We had a great stay and the house was perfect. The location was perfect with the crosswalk and beach access right there. The outside patio was perfect for the evenings with the outdoor tv for music videos. I wish all the jets worked on the swim spa, but they are getting that fixed. If we ever go back we will stay there again.

We loved our stay. The place was perfect for our group of 10. We had some noise from the inconsiderate neighbors that kept us awake a couple of late nights but they graciously allowed us another day and a late checkout! It was perfect for our needs. My parents rented this house for 14 of us, 6 adults and 8 children. The house is beautiful, functional and the kids loved the swim spa and game room! It had a convenient location with a 2 min walk to the beach and short walk to many shops and restaurants.

Family Vacation and Wedding was Amazing

The property is everything they said and more. It was very comfortable for my group of 12. Everyone had space and was able to relax or whatever they wanted. The downstairs play room and patio area was a big hit. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. And the beach was never crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

We were very impressed with this property. It is 1 block from the beach so it was easy getting over to it. The house is completely equipped....kitchen, beach towels, blowdry, soap and extra blankets. They had a great game room and hot tub. We had an emergency while we were there and the property manager was very helpful! This property is centrally located to the beach, restuarants and shopping!! I would rent this place again.

Great place, great location

You need no worries about staying at this beautiful property. Super convenient location to beach access, walking distance to restaurants. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and the amenities are awesome. Game room and hot tub gave us an additional lower level of fun!! (My only negative would be the carpet is worn and in need of updating) Other than that - Walk in, drop your bags and ENJOY!

Location is the best, beautiful, quiet and clean beach. The town home is spacious for our family of 12. The kitchen had decent cooking items, they left us extra cleaning products and extra kitchen towels, nice touch! All in all, we love everything about this place, highly recommend. The agent was very nice and attentive, Heidi was second to none.... thanks much!

Perfect beach house

This house is perfect for families with small children. We had a 3 yr old and 1 yr old grandson with us and the fenced back yard with artificial grass was perfect for them to play on. The swim spa was even better than having a pool because of the warm temperature. The beach was a very short walk, sonic we forgot something it wasn’t a big deal to run back for it. The kitchen was fully equipped and spotless. We will definitely be back!
