This home was pleasantly comfortable, The decor of the home was very well thought through. The back yard was as pictured. We loved the fire pit. Our host was very communicative and ensured that we had a great time.

Reserved this house for our family vacation to see my in-laws that live here. It was PERFECT for our group. Incredibly stocked house ! Nothing we didn’t have. Stayed at the house the entire time. Soooo CLEAN ! IMPECCABLE! Backyard activities were enjoyed by all ages.

If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would! Our family had the most incredible weekend, and this home exceeded every expectation. From the amazing amenities to the thoughtful details throughout the property, everything was absolutely perfect.The basketball court, pickleball court, mini golf, and pool kept everyone entertained for hours. There truly was something for every age, and it made for such a fun and memorable family getaway.What really impressed us was Joshua’s attention to detail. You can tell he has thought of everything! The home was stocked with plenty of towels (including makeup towels), pool toys, a fully equipped kitchen with seasonings, ample dishes, cookware, and cutlery, and everything was clearly labeled, making it so easy to find what we needed. It felt like all the little conveniences that most people don’t think about had already been taken care of.Joshua was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, attentive, and always available if we had a question. His communication made the entire experience seamless from start to finish.Thank you, Joshua, for creating such a beautiful space and helping make our family weekend one we’ll always remember. We would recommend this home without hesitation to anyone looking for the perfect place to relax, have fun, and make lasting memories. We already can’t wait for our next stay!

Incredible house for a perfect getaway! So much to do inside and outside for all ages. And so close to the beaches with easy and plentiful public parking. I would highly recommend!

Property was amazing! My kids loved the amount of stuff to do - pool, putt putt, basketball, corn hole, arcade games, billards and pickleball. Was concerned at first as the property sides a busy roadway however the traffic noise was minimal on the outside and nothing on the inside. There were 9 of us for Father's Day weekend and it was great!
