This beach home is fully furnished with everything your family needs to enjoy a relaxing week at the beach. Home has 3 large bedrooms, plus Hall Bunks, 3.5 baths with over 2500 sq feet of indoor living space, PLUS two gulf facing balconies, a ground level grilling/dining/gaming area, and PLENTY of PARKING!

Wide windows in the Living Room and Master Bedroom providing expansive, unobstructed views of the glistening Gulf of Mexico, with spacious balconies on both levels. The ground level offers extra dining and entertainment space featuring a built in park style bbq grill, grill side table with sink, picnic table and space for playing games! We have a corn hole game, and tiki toss under the house to enjoy while grilling and chilling in the shade after a day on the beach :)

Fully equipped kitchen features a large island/breakfast bar with seating for four, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. Dining table seats six.

• Living room features a large wet coffee/cocktail bar with mini fridge and a 55" flat screen smart TV and DVD player.

*SPECIAL NOTES: this is a 3 story elevated beach home without an elevator. This home is not handicapped accessible and is not suitable for those with mobility issues. There is a 1/2 bath on the main floor, but no sleeping accommodations on the main floor. Two bedrooms with king sizes beds and the hall bunks are located on the 2nd level, and another extra large bedroom and bathroom are on the third level. The boardwalk that can be seen in some photos is not accessible from this unit. Use the footpath for the short walk to the beach.

Perdido Key offers uncrowded soft white sand beaches and a relaxed atmosphere perfect for spending time enjoying friends, family and sunshine! Only a few miles away, you can enjoy the Johnson Beach National Seashore or the Pensacola NAS where you can view the Aviation Museum or watch a Blue Angels Practice show for free! The world famous Flora-Bama is only 7/10 of a mile to the west; you can walk there on the beach or on the large multi use path along the beach road! Other walkable restaurants are Yacht Club, Ole River Grill, Waffle House, and The Crab Trap.

Great week with family

Very comfortable home for our family. Great to have an extra fridge for drinks. Also, wine fridge was welcomed. Kitchen was well-stocked, other than a missing skillet and damaged spatula. Dee remedied that once informed. Dee was quick to respond during rental process. Although there is a condo next door, we felt as though we had our own beach and there was no encroachment from other beach guests. Only problem was our week went by too quickly!

Great location!

This was probably one of the best beach vacations we have had in a long time. The house was wonderful and the location and private beach made it even better! We will definitely be booking again for next year!

Fantastic Family Vacation at the Beach

First of all, love, love this vacation home!! Since this was the first all family vacation we’ve had in 10 years..,and our grandkids (ages 4, 6, and 9) first time to go to the ocean…we were wanting the perfect experience. That is exactly what happened! This is a beautiful and very clean home. The entire house was a perfect set up for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. Everyone had their own space and there was also a large living/dining /kitchen area where we could all be together! The views were beautiful plus there was plenty of seating for everyone to hang out on the decks. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, and sand toys were provided so everyone was happy!! The kitchen was well appointed for cooking and we had all we needed to create some excellent seafood dishes. Our host was prompt to take care of the air conditioner that lost its cooling power (same day) and having 3 air units for the different levels was a wise choice. We will definitely stay here again when we have another family vacation at the beach!

Hi- We are Dee and Patrick Koranda from Perdido Key, FL. We purchased this beach house in June of 2018, and previously owned vacation properties in Orange Beach since 2010. We absolutely love the OB/PK area and are so blessed to call it our home. Perdido Key is unspoiled and uncrowded with 60% of this 16 mile long barrier island being dedicated to State Parks and Gulf Islands National Seashore. Its a great place to slow down from life's hectic pace, relax and unwind, and enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets in the company of friends and family. We have a list of favorite places and things to do in the area that we share with our guests who are new to the OB/PK area.

The OB/PK area is naturally beautiful and its no secret! The beaches near the high-rise resorts can be very crowed during peak vacation periods. Here you have an opportunity to spread out your beach blankets, bring the frisbees and kites, and enjoy the beach with your friends and family, without the crowds. You will BEach Happy!

Our duplex offers the luxury of a private beach AND spacious areas for entertaining both indoors and out! Large living and dining areas inside or enjoy our ground level dining/entertainment/grilling area if you want to get out of the sun for a while. We have a fun ring toss game under the house and a corn hole game for playing while grilling out. Several surfside chairs are provided.
