Great Beach view - the fridge was broken, but they installed a temporary one before we arrived which was a little in the way but we did appreciate the fact it was in, running and cold by the time we got there

O ly trouble we had was someone kept parking in our parking spot the whole time. Everytime we would leave they would park in our spot. We kept calling everyday multiple times a day … other than that everything was one of the best trips we’ve had to Florida

Thanks for staying at Windemere 708 and for the feedback. I'm very sorry an unauthorized vehicle kept using your assigned spot — that would be frustrating. We are working to improve and prevent this from happening in the future. Appreciate your patience in contacting us while you were there, and glad the rest of your trip was one of your best visits to Florida. ~Sunny Regards, Luxury Coastal Vacations

The only trouble we had was that the refrigerator did not work when we arrived at 4pm Saturday. But by mid-afternoon on Sunday, the management company arranged for a replacement refrigerator and had it delivered. Besides this issue (which was random and no one's fault), we loved the property and will likely rent again next year.

Beautiful condo in the perfect location!!

My family (a group of 10) vacationed at 708 and it is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and the balcony is huge! Probably the best condo I’ve stayed in at Perdido Key. I highly recommend!

Family Vacation

We had a lovely time. Windermere #708 was very comfortable for all of our family, young and older. The kitchen was well appointed, more so than other locations we have stayed in in the past, which was a good surprise. Would stay in this unit again!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We spent the week in this beautiful condo with six adults and three children. There was plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was very well stocked with absolutely everything. The furniture on the balcony was very nice and the view was just breathtaking! We will definitely stay in this condo again. This is definitely our favorite condo in the Perdido Key, Orange Beach area!
