Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire complex, (except the owners area by the clubhouse), private beach area, shared pools and hot tub. Your names will be provided to the guard gate for security purposes and you will be given wrist bands. The complex is walled and has security 24/7

Discounted boat trips..
When staying in our condo for two (2) nights or more, we offer a 25% discount on all of Del Mar Charters Day/Sunset cruises, Bird Island snorkel trips and Whale Watching trips. Also a 15% discount of our Fishing Trips. The discount is only for the those staying in the Condo. This is good for only one trip during your stay. If we can't go out due to bad weather or if the boat is full for that day, we will issue you a 25% or 15% discount voucher good for a different day.
