Nice House La Ciotat - 3 bedrooms -150m beach - garden - parking - Calanques.
The house is old and renovated; it is 110m2 on 2 floors + a garden of 400m2 with 2 parking spaces, a large terrace shaded by a natural pergola centenary, very effective (we can eat outside in summer) a small Provencal cabanon, a barbecue, an outdoor shower.
- DRC: a large living room fully equipped and comfortable overlooking the terrace and the garden with a lounge equipped with a fireplace that works very well, an open kitchen where you can eat, a corner office and a laundry room + WC.
- 1st floor: 3 bedrooms with windows overlooking the garden, 1 bathroom with shower and bath and 1 toilet, velux.
Natural Materials: tiled floor, plain wooden doors, walls of lime. On the roof, solar panels for hot water.
- 2 parking spaces in the garden, very easy access by the garage with remote control.
No air conditioning;
- The beach is very very close to the house (3 min walk) with nice restaurants by the sea, beaches all along, sailing club, diving club, volleyball, children's activities.
Green way 50 meters to cross the Ciotat by bike, scooter, skate, roller or on foot.
- Town center at 700 m with pedestrian streets, the pretty harbor and its night market.
- Beautiful coves (Figuerolles and Mugel) 3km.
