Best quick beach trip ever!

Sandra is amazing, had everything ready and entertained my children with really cool things on the property. They know the best places to go and she checked in to make sure everything was perfect the entire trip!

The Perch is a fantastic getaway!

We had a lovely stay! The Perch offered a fabulous view of the Inter-coastal Waterway and was a quiet place to rest and relax. Sandra was a wonderful hostess and we enjoyed her stories of the area. The apartment was clean and we would definitely stay there again if we return to Ocean Isle. Thank you so much Sandra for a wonderful experience!!

North Carolina hospitality

My family of 4 stayed here for a few days vacation at the beach. We had plenty of space, great beds, and a workable kitchen. Although it wasn’t right on the beach, it was nice to be away from the beach-goers and enjoy the quiet woods. Sandra was delightful and very responsive to any questions we had.

A Pleasant Stay

It is a home in which the upstairs has been converted into an apartment. It is a very peaceful and private setting and the living quarters are well cared for. The only disadvantage is that you are 1.5 miles from the Community Center (and beach) and you have to take the causeway over to Ocean Isle Beach (no biking). Still, I would stay there again.

Hi Richard(Santa Claus) I enjoyed you and your nice family. Yes, it is 1.5 miles to the beach but you do have a light to help you turn left onto the bridge. The apartment is on a private drive so you did not have to deal with alot of congestion. You are always welcome to visit and enjoy the breeze under the oak trees overlooking the Inland Waterway. I hope you and your lovely wife are now enjoying both sons at your Reunion. Sandra Ward
