Escape to The Shanty. Experience an awesome couples get away or with your friends. This beautiful modern cottage is only 2 minutes to Ocean Isle Beach. There are two bedrooms, and two and a half bathrooms. The Shanty sits on the intracoastal waterway with a complete view of the island. A perfect cottage geared towards adults who like to relax and enjoy a great outside space secluded but only minutes from all the fun. Outside shower has hot and cold water.

Adorable cottage right on the intercostal. The pictures, while absolutely accurate, do not do justice to all of the little details in this property! It is so much better. Clean, comfortable, and perfect inside. Don’t miss the book of them renovating The Shanty. House is located behind the OIB fire station, convenient to the island or anywhere along the coast. Noise was minimal while we stayed. This seemed to be the only rental in the immediate area.
