great house for families with little ones (fenced). great communication with rental management company. great location. My only complaint was the fire pit was not for guests which I understand for insurance/safety probably, but it should be clearly stated so in the details if pictures are presented of the pit. I will admit they do not advertise the fire pit as an amenity. I admit it is a minor squabble, so they still get the 5 stars. Great vacation!

Beautiful Tahoe Home

The house was beautiful and exactly as described. We are locals but we had family come into town for our elopement so we rented this house to all stay together. Everyone loved the wood burning fireplace and with it being Tahoe, we got 2 days of snow and the hot tub was a hit as well. The kitchen is super well stocked with anything you could think of needing to make a gourmet meal, and the kitchen/living room open concept made it really inviting.The only thing we would have changed was adding window coverings or blinds to the windows that are high up in each of the bedrooms. it was super bright in the morning and hard to sleep in if you wanted to - but overall not the biggest inconvenience.

We really enjoyed the house and all the space. Eating dinner outside every evening was very pleasant. The hot tub was a hit and all the amenities we needed were readily available. The location was ideal and it was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Very clean and comfortable.

Thanksgiving Family Gathering

Beautiful home, cozy and warm atmosphere. Kitchen was well stocked and spacious. Comfortable beds and linens. Quiet neighborhood with fenced backyard. It snowed before our visit so the kids enjoyed playing in the yard. Enjoyed the fireplace and wood provided . Best Thanksgiving gathering ever! We must come back!

Fantastic house

This property manager is known to go the extra mile, and they certainly do here as well. A spacious, carefully maintained, and exceedingly comfortable house, which is very rare for a dog-friendly place. And reasonably priced for what you get.

Spacious and Well Maintained

This home is a great gathering spot for larger groups. It is spacious and well designed with a decent sized kitchen/ den area. Everything is clean and in good working order, no issues with our stay. The management company seems to keep a good eye on the property. It is not a modern masterpiece but nice for what it is. The master suite offers generous space. We would likely stay here again.

Tahoe Family Vacation

We loved the property and the stay was wonderful in spite of two minor inconveniences. One, we were not fully informed of the re-paving of the the street wand what that meant for us, and two we were not informed of the massive construction site next to our vacation home that shone bright lights throughout the night Monday through Thursday, that should have been disclosed. It caused an inconvenience for my two daughters and their husbands as the light shown through the blinds. We had to hang blankets and/or cardboard to fully block the light coming through. I think that should have been disclosed. Other than that, we found the location, amenities, and the entire overall experience very enjoyable. We would definitely like to stay in this home again in the future. Please thank the owner on our behalf for a wonderful visit.

Perfect Family Celebration

This house was perfect for our family while here for our sons wedding weekend. The bedrooms are large. Plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen had all we needed to prepare any meals we wished too. Large tables inside and out. The backyard is lovely with a nice gas fire pit. The house is off the Main Street. As soon as you turn into the neighborhood you are in a very peaceful upscale location. I would definitely come here again if I ever need such a large place.

Gorgeous Home

This house is even more beautiful than the pictures can show. The rooms are very large and the beds are very comfy - especially the master suite. The only downfall of the master is the window at the very top of the ceiling let’s in the sunlight early and there are no blinds on it to cover the light. All the other windows in the house have blinds. There is a Sonos speaker for music which is wonderful. The backyard is great for kids and dogs, plenty of room to play. The hot tub was great and very warm when we arrived. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with utensils, dishes and cooking supplies. Minimal spices were available so if you are planning on cooking you shouldn’t bring your own. Definitely will be back!
