House 15 minutes from Disneyland and 15 minutes from Porte de Bercy, 25 minutes from Chatelet by RER.

Our house is in a quiet residence and contains 3 Bedrooms:
- 1 parental bedroom of 35 m2 with a 200X180 bed
- 1 bed 180X140
- 1 children's room with 2 individual children's beds

1 fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge)

Super Wohnung

Schöne Wohnung auf halber Strecke nach Paris und Disneyland. War etwas schwierig zu finden, da Adresse bzw. Hausnummer an Straße nicht ersichtlich ist. Es befindet sich hinter verschlossenem Tor (Code Eingabe) als Teil einer Reihenhausgruppe. Haus selber hat keine Nummer. Es ist zweites Haus von Links. Wem es nichts ausmacht, das das Haus in Benutzung des Besitzers ist (private Sachen im Haus), für den bietet das Haus eine schöne Unterkunft.

Urlaub in Paris

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für die Kinder ein schönes Erlebnis. Haben ihren eigenen Kinderzimmer gehabt mit reichlich Spielzeug.Gastgeber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in der Nähe. Bus halte Stelle in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen , mit Anbindung zur RER Bahnhöfen .

Gemütliches Haus in guter Lage...

Wir haben als Familie eine schöne Woche mitte August hier im Haus verbringen können. Es fehlte an nichts und auch die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war sehr gut und freundlich. Auch haben wir uns über den täglichen Besucher (Katze Calipso) auf der Terrasse sehr gefreut. Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen. Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland Familie H.

Good location for visiting Paris and Disneyland

It's a nice, modern and well furnished house. The connection to Paris and to Disneyland with the train RER A ist very good (starting at station Noisy Champs, 7 min by car). Supermarket and other facilities are nearby. The Castle Champ sur Marne with a wonderful garden is just 5 min away and not as overcrowded like Versailles. At the river Marne (5 min by car) there ar several possibilities to walk along the river and to enjoy the green nature. The house itself and especially the kitchen is well furnished. A small terrace at the back of the house invites you to sit outside in the evening. Alltogether we had a nice stay there for 2 weeks.

La comunicación con los propietarios fue muy buena y cordial, nos ayudaron a llegar al lugar. La casa se encontraba en excelente estado, muy completa y muy cómoda para toda la familia. Nos tenía en alerta la reseña de los gatos que estaba ahi, ya que íbamos con 3 niños pequeños pero la verdad que NO MOLESTAN , de hecho cada vez que salíamos a ese patio ellos se iban, no molestaban para nada mi niños disfrutaban de darles de comer pero los gatitos pasaban de ellos, ni siquiera olor a gato había ahí doy fé que no es motivo de preocupación al contrarío, recomiendo mucho la casa es hermosa. Valoro mucho que tienen lavadora y secadora, nos ayudo muchísimo con la ropa de los niños. También es muy valorable los juguetes mis niños los disfrutaron mucho. Volveremos, muchas gracias.

Ideale Lage zwischen Disney und Paris

Wir, Familie aus Deutschland, haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die öffentliche Anbindung ist gut und ein großer Supermarkt sowie Bäckerei gleich in der Nähe. Betten be- und abziehen sowie Endreinigung macht man selber, aber die wunderbare Unterkunft ist es wert und wir würden wiederkommen.

Good location for Paris & Disneyland

Great house, well equipped & great location for trains to Paris & Disneyland. We were however disappointed that we were not informed about the cats before booking as 2 of our party have cat allergies & therefore we couldn't use the outside space where the cats were.

Maison très chaleureuse. Maison idéale pour famille avec enfants. Cuisine très bien équipée. Petit bémol. Les nombreux coins de rangement et placards sont souvent déjà pris par les affaires du propriétaire.

Ideal für Groß und Klein

Hallo ich heiße Kian und bin 19 Monate alt. Ich durfte mit meinen Eltern in diesem Jahr das erstemal eine große Reise machen und es ging nach Frankreich in dieses wunderschöne Haus. Für mich war es ideal. Ich hatte ein tolles Babybett einen kleinen Vorgarten, eine Terasse und natürlich ganz viel Spielzeug zum spielen. Das war megatoll. Auch meinen Eltern hat es gefallen, da es sehr nah bei Paris aber auch dem Disneyland lag. Hier können sowohl Mamis/Papis als auch Abenteuerer wie ich entspannt Urlaub machen. Ganz liebe Grüße und vielleicht schau ich in ein Paar Jahren wieder mal vorbei.
