DETAILS: Peaceful and serene Miramar Beach home - ready for your next vacation! This stunning property is a quick two-minute walk to the beach and features beautiful lake views. With 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms, and a variety of sleeping accommodations for 22 guests, this home is a perfect spot for a multi-generational or large-group vacation!

The first floor, with its open floor plan, provides an ideal space for guests to enjoy time in the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Shades of blue throughout the decor create a tranquil and refreshing feel to this main living space and offers a comfortable sectional sofa that includes a queen sized sleeper, a large, mounted flat-screen television provide a large space to relax. The nearby dining area offers a large dining table and bench seating, with seats for an additional four guests at the breakfast bar. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample cabinet space. The first-floor primary bedroom boasts a beautiful king bed, a mounted flat-screen television and a beautiful private bathroom with a glass-front shower, a separate spa tub, a separate toilet room, and a large vanity with double sinks.

On the second floor, a bunk area offers a full-over-full bunk bed, a comfortable sofa, and a mounted flat-screen television - a perfect area for the youngsters in your group! Two additional guest rooms feature luxurious king beds, mounted flat-screen televisions, and private bathrooms with glass-front showers. The third guest room on this floor offers two full-over-full bunk beds, a mounted flat-screen television, and a private bathroom with a glass-front shower and single vanity. The home's fourth bedroom is second-floor primary bedroom, which boasts a beautiful king bed and a private bathroom with a spa tub, separate toilet room, and a glass-front shower. Guests in this room will also enjoy the mounted flat-screen television and the peaceful lake views from the room's private balcony.

The pool deck offers a peaceful place to relax, perfect for basking in the warm sunshine on one of the six chaise lounge chairs. From the pool deck there are lovely views of the lake and also friendly turtles who love to swim up and say hello. Cool off with a dip in the private pool, which can be heated seasonally, and enjoy a delicious dinner from the propane grill. Miramar Beach's sugar white sand and sparkling emerald waters are just a short two-minute walk from this property.

Great Location

Overall, we had a positive experience. The house is big and bedrooms and large and have attached baths, which is a nice feature. The location is near shopping and just a short walk to the beach.

The location was a amazing. The walk to the beach was short. The beach was so calm and beautiful! The house was amazing! The pictures were pretty accurate. The pool was more like a large hot tub. Our younger kids loved it. Would definitely recommend for a big group!

Family vacation

Overall an amazing experience. House had enough space to accommodate our family of 16, ranging from ages 9-43. Private access to the beach, beautiful sunsets. Pool was a bit small for us but still enjoyed it every afternoon. We look forward for our vacation next year through yall.

Fantastic house and location for large family to gather

we stayed here for a week with 16 family members from age 6-86 ! great location. so easy to get to beach my grandmother was able to walk to it easily. the beach chairs reserved is an awesome surprise. well appointed with all you need. the plunge pool was perfect after beach relaxing spot with pool small enough that kids are safe but having fun. we will certainly rent again

Wonderful Vacation Home!

The whole process, from start to finish, was a breeze. The house was amazing and the location was ideal. Very convenient to shopping, groceries, pharmacy and restaurants. It was in a gated community so the level of safety was so great. Easy walk to the beach and the beach itself….spectacular! There was a complimentary umbrella and 2 chairs set up for us every morning and taken down at night. The house was so clean and well equipped. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space for all of us! We will definitely stay there again!

Great property just a short stroll to the beach

The house was well appointed with everything you need to prepare meals. The house was clean, well decorated and located just a short walk to the beach. Management provided excellent service. The lower bunks are actually on the floor which can be a problem for someone with mobility issues. I would definitely utilize a 360 Blue property again.

This is a great property for a larger group or family. We enjoyed the convenience of the location and the ease to get to the beach. The house was clean and well laid out. My only complaint would be the alarm on the door going to the pool deck. I assume it’s there to alert parents with small children when the door is open. But we never got used to pushing the delay button and there did not appear to be a way to deactivate it. This was a minor inconvenience. Overall a great property and overall experience.

Spring Break Stay

We love the Shipwatch area and this house is prime location to the beach and to shopping and restaurants. The property itself is very large and can sleep a lot of guests ! We couldn’t get over the fact that every upstairs bedroom had its own bathroom. Everything you could need in the house was stocked, including plenty of bath towels. We had small kids with us, so the pool was an okay size, but for kids who can actually swim the pool is not large. We had a wonderful stay at H2O and definitely plan to visit again!

Nice little community

We loved the gated community feel! And how close to the beach we were. The house was really clean when we arrived. The back deck was AMAZING. We did have issues unlocking the garage upon arrival and the front and back doors we could never get to lock. The small private pool was super nice after a long day. My only complaint was that the rooms looked bigger in the listing than in person. Overall i would definitely recommend and stay here again!

All was great, Three areas of improvement: Be honest about how small the pool is. Concierge not answering phone or responding to voicemails when we had questions about trash pickup etc Boys on beach who set up our umbrellas very rude and unfriendly.

Awesome stay at Miramar Beach "H2O"

Our entire family of 14 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Miramar Beach "H2O". There was plenty of room for everyone. We had out a rock wide range of family members from ages 10 to 66. Check in was very easy, except we did not know the code at the gated entrance. And we love the back porch overlooking the lagoon, and the small swimming pool with seating worked well. Its temperature remained warm, despite not being heated. We had enough parking for four cars and it was an easy one block walk to the beach with plenty of beach space for our family to pitch a 10 x 10' tent in addition to the reserved seating with umbrellas. We had an extensive array of kitchen pots, pans, dishware, and silverware. Overall, it was a great experience, and we were definitely recommend it to others.

Yearly family vacation

Location perfect, house overall was in good shape( not very clean), kitchen supplies/appliances to make week of cooking awesome (need new fry pans), lots of linen!!!, every bed in the house was great except upstairs master(it was horrible and of course my bed lol). We all say that we hate the bell/buzzer on the French door to patio(understand why but still very annoying) We will be back next year but want a house on the Gulf. Thanks
