Within walking distance to the Gulf's emerald waters and white beaches or a quick golf cart ride to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and beachside bars. Sandy Stroll is incredibly appointed in coastal decor and includes: a private saltwater pool, free golf cart, and private beach access! Your reservation comes with $650 of property protection insurance to cover any incidentals that may occur during your stay!

PET POLICY: This home is pet-friendly, up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee of $150 per pet. Please request approval before booking

Sandy Stroll is located within the gated Villas of Frangista community. You are a short walk to the beach, local coffee shop and wine shop or take the 6 person golf cart! Very close to the popular Whale’s Tale restaurant and beach access. There’s a private, designated beach access accessed via personal key code for you right outside of the community. Take the complimentary 6-passenger golf cart to the highly popular Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, (home to 110 designer and name brand outlet stores), just 2 miles away. Also within 2 miles of the home are countless beachside restaurants (Pompano Joe's, Crab Trap, Surf Hut, Captain Dave's, and other favorites), Winn-Dixie, gas station, CVS Pharmacy, 2 large and popular public beach accesses, and so much more! Destin Commons, Grand Boulevard, and Sandestin's famous Baytowne Wharf are all within a few short miles.

All of Sandy Stroll's entire property and amenities will serve as your private sanctuary for your visit! Along with the home's property, you will have access to a private, deeded beach access point dedicated to our community.

On the first floor, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an open floor plan extending into the dining and living area - perfect for entertaining! The living area has a 60 inch flat screen TV with plenty of seating. You will also find two master bedrooms on the first floor complete with king beds, flat screen TVs, and private bathrooms. Located in the backyard of the home is your own private pool (heating optional) with tanning shelf/umbrella, sun bathing area, grilling station, and outdoor games to keep the kids happy so you can relax!

The second floor features 4 king bedrooms with flat screen TVs and each with their own private bathrooms.

The third floor features 2 built in queen over queen bunk beds, a bonus game room, full bathroom, and a wet bar/mini fridge to store snacks and drinks.

*Weddings and events are not permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, you will be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and additional rentals fines.

Additional Details: Pool Heating available upon request for an additional fee of $400 + tax. The golf cart will be fully charged when you arrive. Each home comes supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish pod, 1 trash bag per trash can in bathroom and kitchen.

Things to bring: laundry detergent, beach towels/beach items, extra toilet paper and paper towels, shampoo and body wash, extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent pods. You might also want to bring extra blankets during the cooler months as we do not provide them.

Sandy Stroll will have five (5) dedicated parking spaces. Parking on the street is not permitted within Villas of Frangista, so please be cognizant of this when planning your trip and number of cars in your party. Your home will have a complimentary six-passenger golf cart that makes traveling to and from the beach, grocery, and even restaurants very convenient! One thing's for certain, the cart will quickly become your favorite way to get around during your vacation!!
