Wir haben unsere Urlaubswoche bei Cathy und Philipp sehr genossen. Das Appartement und der Außenbereich sind sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig ausgestattet. Strand, Geschäfte und der Hafen sind fußläufig gut erreichbar.

Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Super Lage in der Villengegend von Cavalaire und nur 300 Meter fußläufig von Supermärkten und Innenstadt entfernt, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das Appartement von Philippe ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und mit wirklich allem, was man als Urlauber brauchen könnte, ausgestattet. Die Betten sind überaus bequem und groß (1,8x2,0). Alles ist super gepflegt und sauber. Garten und Pool sind traumhaft angelegt. Das Haus besteht aus 2 vermieteten Appartements und einem, in dem Philippe und seine Frau leben. Unser Appartement hatte eine Terrasse, die morgens und spätnachmittags Sonne hatte, so dass wir schon Anfang Mai (fast) immer draußen essen konnten. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und diskret. Einziges kleines Manko: das Schlafzimmer zur Hangseite roch nach dem Winter noch ein wenig muffig - das wird mit trockenerem Wetter im Laufe der Saison sicher verschwinden

Superbe weekend

Nous avons séjourné le temps d’un week-end dans cette location où tout était parfait. Appartement très propre, au calme,joliment décoré, parfaitement équipé et très bien situé, sans oublier les hôtes qui sont vraiment charmants. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

au calme, la propriété est magnifique, intérieur et extérieur

La propriété est très bien située, au calme, juste assez proche du centre ville et de beaux endroits à visiter a pied. La déco est magnifique et surtout très originale, dans toutes les pièces. Le jardin offre différents espaces de repos très sympas. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles. Vraiment tout était parfait !

Nette Wohnung in tollem Garten

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) haben eine tolle Wochen hier verbracht, die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung und das ganze Areal ist hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet bzw. angelegt. Dadurch dass sowohl Stadtzentrum und ein größerer Carrefour in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind, nicht nur schön und ruhig sondern auch praktisch gelegen. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Phillippe and Cathy are wonderful hosts and the apartment is absolutely stunning. Situated in a lovely quiet location the apartment is in easy walking distance of Cavalaire town, port and beach. Très belle location

Voilà la deuxième année que nous passons dans ce lieu tellement agréable. Tout est fait pour des vacances de rêve. La situation, le décor de l appartement et du jardin. Le tout avec raffinement. Sans parler des propriétaires qui sont très discrets et recherchent vraiment le confort de leurs hôtes et c est réussi. Nous ne pouvons que nous réjouir d y retourner l an prochain. .

Sehr stylisch - ein Urlaubstraum!

Ein phantastisches Grundstück am Hang mit Sitzmöglichkeiten auf verschiedenen Ebenen in verschiedenen Stilen. Eine Wohnung mit top Ausstattung individuell und sehr stylisch eingerichtet mit Designer-Möbeln und Lampen. Sehr nette Vermieter, die immer hilfsbereit waren aber nie in die Privatsphäre der Gäste eindringen. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Und Place a rever

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Anlage vorgefunden. Das Haus war leicht zu finden und wie beschrieben. Unsere Wohnung war wunderschön eingerichtet und super sauber. Es gab eine sehr gute Klimaanlage. Der Garten war ein Traum. Liebevoll angelegt mit vielen Sitz- und Ruhemöglichkeiten. Der Pool war immer sauber und warm. Das Ehepaar Brutin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Uns blieben keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Endroit vraiment très agréable

Appartement lumineux, spacieux, à la décoration recherchée et de qualité, literie très confortable. Le jardin est très agréable et entretenu avec goût. Les propriétaires sont discrets, sympathiques et à l écoute de leurs hôtes. C'est un endroit où on a vraiment envie de revenir et que l'on peut vraiment recommander.

Un havre de paix..

Suite un accueil chaleureux des charmants propriétaires, nous avons pris possession de l'appartement habité par un esprit déco hyper tendance très soigné qui transpire jusqu'au pool house et aux abords du jardin , un vrai cocon. Coin piscine très agréable. Villa au calme idéalement située (proximité centre, plages, restos..)...un véritable moment privilégié. Mr et Mme Leblond
