With ski-in/out access via a 100-yard trail to the Right-O-Way run and free winter shuttle service to the base area and city bus, this unit makes your Steamboat getaway as seamless as it is scenic.

Accessible by elevator, this inviting condo features a wrap-around balcony with panoramic views—enjoy the sunrise over Thunderhead Lodge and ski slopes to the east, and unforgettable sunsets to the west. Inside, the open-concept living space includes a cozy seasonal gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV with apps, a DVD player, free WiFi, and a queen sleeper sofa. Great stay

We spent two weeks in this condo and it was wonderful! We are summer stay folks trying to avoid the heat of the Midwest. This was a great place to do just that with plenty of room, privacy, and views.

Property was only 3-5 min from the Gondola. It was very cozy and had plenty of room for my family. King bed was pretty comfortable. The other 2 beds were a bit small for my large adult size teens, they are 6’ ft tall though. I think this property had access to some really nice looking heated pools and hot tubs but we did not get in. They were definitely on and steaming and looked clean.

Great Ski In-out Spot

Great place for a small family to spend time on the mountain. Ski in-out was easy enough to navigate. It had all the amenities we needed for a great week-long stay.

Building is very old and the elevator and hallway have an unpleasant smell. The property management company (Retreatia) provides terrible sheets and paper products. The master shower didn’t drain, but was fixed next day. Positives included the shuttle service and view of Steamboat slopes.

Condo was not nearly as nice as the pictures! Rather depressing. Common areas (elevator, lobby) even worse. Slope access was unavailable as there was no snow. Not walkable to anywhere. Only thing good was the shuttle.

Great Location, Ski In and Out

We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. The property is well equipped and located (great views from the living room)! The additional ski in and out feature was wonderful. Easy access to the resort and to the town. The management company Retreatia was very responsive -- we had to contact them several times because the key access cards had a high failure rate. Again, would stay there again.

Comfortable & convenient

Comfy two BR with decent kitchen and comfortable living space. Beds good. It is ski-in, ski-out but it is a narrow, sometimes flat trek back in to the condo. Check-in & check-out is off site but quick and easy.

It sounds like the condo had a lot of positives, especially with the comfy beds and a decent kitchen! The ski-in/ski-out access can definitely be a bit of a challenge if the trek back is flat or narrow, but great to hear the check-in/check-out process was smooth. I bet the convenience of being close to the slopes made up for the slight trek. Would you recommend it for someone looking for a more peaceful, less crowded experience, or would you suggest it for a specific type of traveler?

Terrific ski-in/ski-out condo!

We really enjoyed our stay (family of 4, including 2 teens). The ski-in/ski-out ability was terrific. Pool and hot tub were quite nice amenities. Our visit was in early Feb and there was a TON of snow, but driveways, parking lots, etc. were all clear enough for safe walking and driving. Bathrooms in the condo are really nice and the living room is cozy with the fireplace. Thanks for helping make a terrific ski trip possible!

Ski vacation

We had a wonderful trip. The condo had black hair in the bathroom and the rugs looked very old - I think for the amount we paid those things should not happen. The door frame came off when we walked in the door and had to be repaired. However, it was a beautiful view and we all had a great time on the slopes!

Spring Skiing

Property was excellent. Nice views of the mountain. Negative: Property was advertised as "ski in and out". Did not find out that until we checked in that the "ski in and out" trail was closed, spring conditions. If I had know that I would not have booked the property. Minor negative: The outdoor hot tube closes at 8:30 pm, really!

Great....with exceptions

Great unit with awesome views of the mountain and sunset. Easy ski in/out. The exceptions were that neither the hot tub in the building or main hot tub were functioning. In addition we had a live bug in the master bed and dead bugs all along the patio door. More disappointed that no notice was given that the hot tubs werent working. After a hard day of skiing the hot tubs are a must. They did refund the cleaning fee.
