Vaulted ceilings make this unit extra bright and airy, with fresh paint, wood-like flooring and newly styled kitchen and baths. Living room includes a super comfortable leather sectional that converts into 2 twin beds and a big screen TV. Combined open living/dining room floorplan is great for entertaining guests with a 6 chair round table and elegant bar. Master bedroom has a huge remodeled attached bath, King size bed, desk and TV. Relax and unwind in the private enclosed atrium with enough room to do yoga, or meditate. The 2nd bedroom has 2 extra long Twin beds that can be converted into a King size bed easily. It also includes a TV. Fully stocked and updated kitchen is ready for your best chef. Large back patio faces the 4th tee on the South Omni Rancho Las Palmas Golf Course. Modern and comfortable furniture can be enjoyed while grilling on the Trager grill provided. As a bonus, you can use the two-car garage with opener! If you're not familiar with the community of Rancho Las Palmas, it has 26 pools and spas, tennis courts, pickleball, golf course, clubhouse with dining and snack bar. To get more information or reserve a Tee time, www.rlpcc.com. The community is located next door to the Omni Hotel which has a water park and lazy river in addition to their fantastic pool area. Day passes are available based on hotel occupancy for a fee. To purchase passes go to www.resortpass.com. Also next door is the River entertainment complex with many restaurants, breweries, movie theater and stores. Rancho Mirage is only a few minutes away from the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals, a bus comes right by the community to pick up during festival season. Lovely Getaway!

Rancho Las Palmas is a beautiful community. It is very well kept and quiet. We were able to go for long walks within the community and usually had the pool to ourselves. We loved how close we were to shopping and activities. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Having a garage to park our vehicle in was a real bonus.

Winter escape

Property could use some TLC. We were staying a month and there were no cleaning supplies. Kitchen could be better equipped and we could not relax on back deck because no protection from golf balls. There were a number of things that need repair. It has a lot of potential for long term renters just needs some attention.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay! It was just a couple of streets over from our friends who were hosting the festivities and really had everything we wanted. Beautifully renovated master bath! It was exactly as pictured, which was awesome. Even though it was really hot, we took advantage of the nearby pools to cool off.

Modern, chic, beautiful oasis in a serene setting!

My mother rented this condo for a week so we along with my two daughters could have a little getaway before the fall started. We arrived on a very hot day (118), was so happy to be there and quickly got settled in. We had an issue with the a/c being that we weren't used to the system but after contacting the owner who was very sweet, we resolved the problem. We had a few hiccups with the stay the first night, we accidentally locked the garage with the garage opener in there. Kim arranged to have her maintenance guy come unlock it for us late at night. This was going above and beyond for a mistake we made. The house is equipped with just about everything one can need when traveling away from home. The views were so relaxing and there is a definite sense of peace at this property. One drawback for us was we parked in the garage and seen the golf cart there, but after talking to the owner we were told the battery needed to be replaced so it was not available for use. In Kim's defense, this golf cart was not advertised as part of the rental. My kids were pretty sad about it but got over it. The location was very nice and we felt very safe being in this gated community. We would venture out for the day and then retire back at this beautiful condo. Being that it was very hot (as expected for this time of year), we couldn't really enjoy the pools until early in the morning or after dinner when it cooled down. We would love to return in the cooler months, we live in LA but my mom is from Oregon so it's close when she comes to visit and we all agreed we'd love to return in the future. Thank you Kim for the lovely stay, we will always cherish the memories made in your stylish home.

Fantastic Stay

We really enjoyed our time at the place – it's set up so well and all the finishing touches are great. You can't beat the location – while it is close to shops and attractions, the club feels like a serene, safe spot and the living space inside the unit is wonderful. The back patio offers a pleasant view across the golf course and the unit is close to at least two pools at the club. Kim the owner was kind, responsive and really helpful, making everything about our trip that much more enjoyable, even getting in touch to make sure we were happy after we arrived.

Just perfect

Like some of the other reviews I am hesitant to tell everyone how much I loved this place because I selfishly want it to always be available to me. But honestly this is an amazing property. The host has thought of everything and the community is perfect. My family loved the location, access to pools, and amenities. Will 100% be hoping to stay here again on our next visit.

Great location

This is a great property and the community has all the amenities. We love this condo and felt at home. The Pools and hot tubs are very close. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the pool area. Golf and tennis and pickle ball all 5 min away. This community is close to great restaurants and shopping. Great location. They use if the golf cart they provide was a great way to get around the property. We loved it so much we extended our stay another week. Communication w the owner was easy and responsive! .

Too short!

We sadly had to cut our time at this awesome property short because of the issues surrounding Covid-19. The property manager, Kim, could not have been more understanding and did everything she could to facilitate our early departure, including a refund for the days we could not stay. We know this was not mandatory on her part and so we appreciate her flexibility even more. The property is beautiful and very comfortable. We love the Rancho las Palmas area and it was great to be so close to the Omni resort and their amenities. The decor is fun, kitchen well supplied with dishes and utensils, great beds - we could not have been more comfortable. Hope to be back sometime in the future! Thanks again, Kim!

This condo was very clean and had very comfortable beds, with good pillows and soft sheets. All the cooking utensils, pots, pans and knives were excellent. The ninja coffee maker was great..never used one before, but enjoyed the versatility. The view of the golf course was lovely. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Palm Springs Option!

My friend and I had a WONDERFUL time at this condo. It was super clean, was well stocked, comfortable beds. etc. We really appreciated the extra little touches (some fresh fruit when we arrived late at night, etc.). It was a quiet complex and the perfect place to get some rest and relaxation.

Excellent quiet location, just 20 min. from Airport & 10 min. from food stores, The River complex & Agua Casino. The home is very bright & well stocked with many items. Beds are comfortable. Patio is large & provides a nice view of the 4th tee and across the way you can watch grapefruit and orange trees do their thing. Owners are accessible & responsive to any suggestions you might have to make your stay memorable. I will be back. This is 5 star. Ron. January 28 to February 12, 2020.

A little bit of luxury in the desert

The place is well appointed and conveniently located! The owners have thought of everything, and have created a clean, modern and welcoming space. If you're a golfer, you'll love the location. Pool is a short walk away. It's a small pool; so if you're looking for a more entertaining pool for the family, you will need to check out the pool at the nearby Rancho Las Palmas Resort (for a daily fee). The shower in the master bath is heavenly😁, and bed is very comfortable. Also, Kim was wonderful and very responsive to any questions. I plan to come back.
