Room was clean and had everything we needed. Washer and dryer are in a laundry room downstairs and you’ll need quarters to wash & dry. Perfect size unit for the two of us and in a great location.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo right in Kona. Check-in and check-out were simple. It was a great location for exploring the west side of the island. There is a conveniently located reserved parking space. The kitchen and fridge were stocked with some basics. We loved using the full kitchen to prepare some inexpensive meals. The property had a great place to walk down and watch the sunset, which we enjoyed several times! The AC was appreciated as it was especially hot while we were there. Overall, this was a great place to stay in Kona, and we would highly recommend!

Very clean and nice space, with lovely patio with a (partial) ocean view. Super easy access with lockbox, and specified parking spot meant we never had to search for parking.

Fantastic and comfortable stay

Very comfortable,clean space with a fantastic lanai to dine/view the ocean, well-stocked kitchen, and owners that respond very quickly to any inquiries. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a great stay at Doug and Evie’s! Location is perfect, apartment is comfortable and has a ton of things you could need on a trip to Hawaii.

Worked with Doug from beginning to end. Great host and responded in a timely manner. Condo was amazing with great views and enjoyed the upgraded amenities. Perfect location with parking. Pay attenion to the curfew hours as there are permanent residents who live there.

I really loved my stay at this property. The location was great, close to the water and to town. The kitchen was updated and had everything I needed, bed was very comfortable as well. Good supply of beach gear which helped a lot! Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Location

This lovely condo is the perfect home base for exploring the Kona side of the Big Island. From the Kahuku gate of Volcanoes National Park and Papakolea to the South, and Pu’ukohola Heiau and Lapakahi State Park to the North, this is a great location. Very clean space, well equipped kitchen, and beautiful views. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Hawai’i.
