Only lush jungle, golden sand, and tide pools front this property. Ideal for multi-generational family or a group using our 3 independent dwellings. A short walk through tropical forest will find you on the golden sand beach, or in amazing tide pools.
The main house, is almost 1500 s/f. It offers a chef's kitchen, laundry, dining for 8, the breakfast bar for 4 adjacent and a lounge area with new flat-screen TV in an open concept style. This is an ideal gathering social space for your entire group to enjoy. Ceiling fans in all rooms, as well as AC.

The very large bedroom enjoys a split king bed (elevating independently) and ensuite shower bath with dual vanity, 2 person shower, marble finishes. A/C and ceiling fans. Additionally, there are 2 twin beds in our loft/ den. There is an additional 1/2 bath. High-end custom finishes throughout.

Our Casita (461 s/f) provides a king bed, ensuite bath, and full kitchen. The kitchen has a refrigerator, full-size electric range, microwave, coffee maker, and a 2-person interior dining space. The bathroom has marble counter, and walk-in shower with a sky-view dome. There are ceiling fans in all 3 rooms of the bungalow and air conditioning in the bedroom. Poolside with a great terrace (138 s/f), and another ceiling fan, you can relax or dine alfresco with room for 4 or more. Enjoy views of the garden, pool, and ocean. Perfect for a couple.

2 suites in the 3rd building are mirror images of each other. Both these deluxe suites offer a king bedroom. Adjoining the bedroom via a grand bathroom is a second bedroom.Each room has access from the terrace, or through interior interconnecting doors.There is a single bed and a bunk bed (3 people) and a 2nd single bed. his room can sleep 4 total. The other suite has a king bedroom and an adjoining bedroom with 1 single bed and bunk beds for a total of 3 people. These 2 rooms are ideal for children. Each bathroom ensuite has a very large shower with a sky view dome. Double vanities set in marble counters. Set on the second floor of a this building you'll enjoy endless ocean vistas, the jungle canopy, garden, seasonal lake, and golf course views. The suites are approximately 30 feet from the pool across the lawn. The 2 room suites are each 465 s/f. The master bedrooms are nearly 160 s/f each and the children's rooms are each 170 s/f. There is a lockable pocket door that divides the 2 suites if desired. Each room has walk out sliding doors to a breezy terrace. Each bedroom has a/c and ceiling fans. 590 s/f terrace with fans covering the length of the terrace There are dining and lounge spaces on the terrace.

Our suites each have their own kitchenette. With marble counters, sink, microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a refrigerator, you can make a handy snack anytime. Just outside the main house kitchen, you can enjoy grilling and dining. Seating for 8 is available as you find your inner Grill master to prepare meals on either the charcoal or gas grills.

Included in the rental is our 500 s/f ocean view gazebo equipped with a full kitchen sitting just above the jungle canopy. Prepare your catch of the day there, or enjoy cocktails or coffee with the passing monkies and keep an eye out for dolphin and whales. There is a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, refrigerator, and a full-size electric stove to prepare meals. The gazebo has an 8-person dining table, and incredible views of the ocean, jungle, and gardens. This area also has a full shower bath and toilet. There is an added bonus of a unique loft above the kitchen that provides an additional lounge and siesta space while enjoying the outdoors under the roof. The breeze is always great at the gazebo, yet ceiling fans are there just in case. It has lighting for evening events.

The large custom pool with a slide and diving platform is for your exclusive enjoyment. Several quiet sitting areas are located throughout the property, and a complete gym is included. The ocean-view gym has free weights, mirrors, a universal weight machine, a stationary bicycle, a heavy bag, and more.

Wander the botanical gardens and adjacent 3/4 acre of level plush lawn, perfect for sports. The property does have several yard games available. Each structure was created to encourage a gathering of friends or family while simultaneously offering privacy when needed.

When you are ready for excitement, there is plenty to do in the area. We can arrange tours and activities, snorkel, fishing, horseback tours, ATV, zip line, and bioluminescence trips. More activities are available. The estate is near 2 nature preserves of Curu and Cabo Blanco. Minutes from Montezuma and the surf camps in Mal Pais/ Santa Teresa.
