Pet Friendly only 1 small animal and they have to be approved. Private Carport, parking area for 4 cars. Has Flat screen TV, wired for WIFI and cable (must set up via spectrum). Microwave, Dishwasher, washer, dryer and refrigerator. 2 brand new split - heater / air. 1 fireplace + heat stove for basement- EVERYTHING YOU WOULD NEED. Close to the FAMOUS Coeur d' Alene Lake, and Resort downtown, Parks, River AND LAKE activities, Winter Skiing Snowmobiling, with many great restaurants to pick from. Vacation Hot Spot

Nice neighborhood and easy access to many destinations. Grocery stores Costco you name it everything is convenient. There are many very good restaurants that we enjoyed.
