As you enter the penthouse you will be awe struck by the panoramic views of the bay from the inside and even more views from the two fully furnished balconies awaiting your enjoyment on the outside. The large kitchen has granite counter tops, tile floors, an island that seats six, and stainless steel appliances. The dining room table has two long benches and cushioned chairs at either end. Depending on the size of your family, you could comfortably seat eight around the table.

The living room has a sectional sofa around a large smart television that will keep you and your family entertained for hours and is perfect for the big game!

There is also a private media room with a sleeper sofa that has surround sound speakers and a 55” smart television.

*The home also offers a 6-seater golf cart for easy transportation around the resort! Once you arrive at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort Welcome Center for check-in, an additional $500 damage deposit for the golf cart will be charged/held for up to 14 days after departure. Once an inspection of the golf cart is completed after your departure, the funds will be released back to your card if there is no damage.
