Perfect with Kids

We just back from a 4 night stay with our family of 4 (two toddlers under 4) and this location is absolutely perfect for families with young kids. It is a ground floor unit and just outside of your patio is the pool and the boardwalk to the beach. It made everything so convenient and we were able to let the boys go play outside at any time. You do lose the view of the beach from your patio, but in this season of life the convenience was hard to beat! It is close to all nearby restaurants / grocery stores / etc and we would 100% stay here again! Management company is extremely responsive and helpful! Thanks so much

End of summer family vacay

Beach Manor 112 was everything we wanted for a week of relaxing. We looked for a first floor unit so our granddaughter could have some room to play in the grass, no elevator needed, and a short walk to beach or pool. Booking through a 3rd party like Breathe Easy was great, the communication was more than I've ever gotten from a rental company. The only thing you need to know is the big “oceanfront pool, bar, and grill” is not available unless you book directly with TOPS'L. We didn't mind, although a nice pina colada would have been fabulous on our beach days. The rental for chairs and umbrellas were around $65 per day (less if you book multiple days). Get there at 9am to secure a front row!! No personal beach set ups allowed on beach property, and if you plan that be aware of the walk- of course it's further. Unit 112 had a beach closet that had 3 nice beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and some sand toys. The property has a need one take one or leave behind for others bin and it was great to have a kite, a few pool noodles we didn't have to pack. We just left them when we checked out for others. The only negative thing I can say is the twin bed room mattresses are the worst. I had to sleep on the sofa (not sofa bed as it sank in middle although was foam), the twin beds were like sleeping on a concrete slab. Every bone in my body would hurt just trying to take a short nap. The master bed was cozy as we let our family take the master. With that being said, I'd book the unit again and again, but bring a memory foam mattress topper. We should have bought one at Walmart and left it for others to use. We loved everything about our location. Saw deer everyday, all the dune cats, and parking was a breeze. I'd suggest using the front side walk to get car unloaded. It's easier than the zig zag path that is closest to the building.

What a great location, clean, easy walk out to beach, comfortable and welcoming aesthetics inside done very well. Superb communication by management staff even providing a welcome package. Took advantage of a free round of golf as well, included bonus package was easy to book.

We loved this place!

This condo was very clean and was perfect! We loved staying here and hope to stay here again. Breath Easy was very accommodating and communication was very good. We can’t wait to return again some day. Thank you!
