Grand Sandestin Baytowne Wharf 1 BR 2 full BA.

6th floor beautifully decorated condo at Grand Sandestin, by Baytowne Wharf Village at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, Miramar Beach Florida. Completely furnished 1 bedroom, 2 full bathroom apartment. Fully equipped kitchen including Keurig coffee maker. King bed in master and sofa bed in living room sleeps 4. Full kitchen and living room. 2 televisions. Patio with table and chairs with view as seen in first photo for those beautiful sunny days, sunsets and evenings.
Full fitness center with exercise machines and weights and outside pool. A 5 minute walk into Baytowne Wharf Village where there are some 15-20 bars and restaurants along with shopping, kids activities including zip lining, trampoline, adventure climbs, video arcade, climbing frames, swings etc. In the Village Marina you can rent bicycles, mini golf equipment, paddle boards, pontoon boats and fishing gear. 3 golf courses on the resort less than a 5 minute drive away!
Shuttle bus (owner provides free passes) runs from property door to the beautiful Sandestin private beach (takes about 5-7 minutes), the Marina and around the resort. We have 2 beach chairs and an umbrella, or you can rent chairs and umbrella at the beach or just bring your own.
The eastern side of the resort is adjacent to Grand Boulevard which is a street full of upmarket shops, cinema and restaurants including Tommy Bahama, Fleming Steakhouse, Emerils, PF Chang, Another Broken Egg cafe, The Wine Bar, Craft Bar and others along with a Publix Supermarket.
Some 2+ miles from the resort to the West is the Silver Sands outlet mall with over 100 stores including Ralph Lauren, Nike, Swarovski, Adidas, Tommy Hilfiger, Michael Kors, American Eagle, Banana Republic, Coach, Disney, GAP, Lacoste, Levi’s, Oakley, Samsonite, Sunglass Hut and many more.
The condo is ideal for Sandestin Baytowne Conference Center, Hotel Effie, Golf, fishing and tennis tournaments. Three golf courses on the resort available to guests.
Discounts for 1 month or longer for snowbirds. Also discounts for military personnel, firefighters, police and medical personnel with ID.

Well maintained, nicely furnished condo in a great location. Pool was closed for renovation while we were there, but it was too cold to swim, anyway. Stayed in early January.

Absolutly great facility.Sandeston is beautiful, shuttle service is excellent. beautiful beaches, shopping resturants pool. wharf area so convenient to Sandeston Gand Complex.enjoyed several rounds of golf.nearby church was big plus. thououghly enjoyed short visit. will be returning next year.host was great checking in with us several times re: any needs or questions.

Anniversary celebration

My husband and I recently celebrated our 11th anniversary,and it was wonderful. The unit looked and smelled clean. We had a wonderful view from our balcony, as well. The proximity to activities and restaurants was perfect. Graham was very helpful, being this was our first time using Vrbo, he responded to any and all questions.

Great Condo

Of the multiple condos that we have stayed in via VRBO, including multiple in the Sandestin / Destin area, this one was by far the top. Bed - 10/10 Location - 10/10 View - 10/10 Responsiveness of owner - 10/10 Quietness - 10/10 Bathroom - 9.75/10 (this is truly trying to find a problem where there really isn't one - I like my shower to have a handheld sprayer, these did not. Otherwise - great water pressure and lots of hot water) Will 100% stay here again if available.

The BEST!

Absolutely amazing stay! Location right off the Wharf was perfect. Early morning walk just steps away to have breakfast and to the marina. We had friends meet us at the wharf for dinner and they were so jealous we were just steps away to our condo. Great location and so family friendly! Can’t thank Graham enough for the communication! I felt like we had our personal concierge just a text away! Being we don’t know the ins and outs of restaurants, locations and the best places…Graham was able to help us in seconds of a text! Great week!

Graham the property owner was so helpful and nice! He gave great recommendations. The condo was beautiful and all the amenities were awesome! Baytown WhArf is steps away with shopping and restaurants. I would recommend getting to the beach early to set up because it’s a very busy beach. Our teenagers had a blast on the floating water park at the beach! Food, drinks, bathrooms and endless activities are available at the beach!

Immaculate Condo

My husband, myself and our 13 year old son stayed at this property for the past week. We were very impressed by the cleanliness in the unit, immaculate. It was stocked with basic necessities as listed. It is located in a very upscale resort. Parking was in an underground garbage which was very convenient. Luggage carts were available for use upon arrival in garage area. Elevators were very responsive. We did not use the pool but it looked pristine as did the entire grounds of the resort and Sandestin area. The teams were easy to use and navigate. Baytown Warf is literally a 2 minute walk from the back of the resort and very family friendly. We had an amazing view of the fireworks show from our balcony that was held at the warf on Tuesday. The beach was super crowded from early morning until about 330. We did golf at 3 of the golf courses within Baytown and they were awesome complete with high tech hold carts and friendly staff. Lastly, Graham, the owner, was very quick to respond to questions and VERY helpful/accommodating!! Loved our stay will definitely stay again!!

Nice pool but it could’ve been cleaner. Our room air conditioner did not keep the room at a steady comfort level. The sofa was very worn and as a result not very comfortable. I couldn’t find a liquid measuring cup in the kitchen. Adequate fitness center, but need a bigger tv. Really liked that the room had 2 full baths and a king size bed. Great view of the pool and the bay from the balcony. Great walking paths and other pools on property to enjoy. We had a very nice week here.

In 2016 we bought our first property on Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort and now live there. We liked it so much, we bought the condo in 2019 as an investment property to allow others to enjoy this great resort.

It is in the heart of Sandestin, close to the Baytowne Wharf Village in a beautiful building. This unit has spectacular views of the bay and the pool as in the photos. It is decorated in high end coastal chic and has been updated with granite tops, stainless steel appliances and nickel finishes.
