PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

We love staying at Poipu Sands !

Roomy and nice set up. Master bed was a little hard and sofa to soft :). Location was amazing, views and beach were beautiful. Room safe also was not working. an inconvenience but did not hinder or great vacation! We would stay again.

Family Celebration

Celebrated my moms 80th birthday. They stayed at the Grand Hyatt, literally a 5 min walk away.we enjoyed the best of both worlds with hotel activities and family meals at our condo. All amenities for a day of boogie boarding included with condo, boards, chairs and umbrellas! Excellent time at our place. Wish we had some AC, but 4 fans and open windows made for comfortable sleep!

Great Poipu Condo!

The condo was exactly as described, very clean and supplied with very nice linens and a closet of outdoor items for our use, including: 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, 2 coolers, snorkel gear, and sand toys for kids. We were so pleased to have all this available for our use. The two bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable king beds in both rooms. Both rooms had large ensuite bathrooms. We really liked being on the ground floor to walk out to the pool or the walking path along the beautiful beaches. The Parrish management was responsive at all hours within minutes. On our next trip to Hawaii, I will definitely look for another Parrish managed unit to rent. We couldn't have been happier!

Great place

Roomy, quiet, very well stocked with dishes, everything you need in the kitchen, baths and laundry rooms. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher and washing machine soap. They even have equipment for snorkeling: 2 sets of fins, one mask and snorkel. Need improvement: peeling Teflon pans must be replaced (peeling bits ofTeflon can get into food); all the lights in bedroom bathroom nearest the living room should be replaced with 80 or 100 watt bulbs. LED would be better. As is it's impossible to see what you're doing.

Beware of renting this unit

This unit is not anything like the pictures on this site. These pictures must be very old. This unit has been neglected and needs major cleaning and lots of maintenance. Staying at the Poupi Sands was wonderful, it is beautiful place; however don't select this unit. Other units were very well maintained and very much worth the $$ you are playing, just not this one. Shop for other units on VRBO for rental.

Great experience. Super close walk to the beach and the unit even had coolers, chairs and beach equipment for us to use. Washer and dryer was awesome to have! No central a/c but plenty of fans to keep us cool while we slept. Would stay again. Thanks!

Beautiful condo steps away from the beach. We loved it!

Beautiful, well-furnished, very roomy. Fantastic pool and so many extras (beach gear, shampoo, towels, reusable bags). Great staff interactions- everyone went above and beyond. The space was very comfortable and the waves at night were lovely to hear. The only complaint is that the beds were all very hard. Even the kids had a hard time sleeping. Memory foam toppers would be a big improvement.
