“StMarina” is a traditional stone island 3floor residence, lately renovated, in the heart of the iconic and charming village of Benitses with immediate access to the central square, beach, and local market. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen (ground floor), a kid(s) bedroom and the main bathroom (1st floor) and a master bedroom leading to a quite & spacious balcony with instaworthy view (2nd floor).
“StMarina” is the ideal place for couples and families of two or three that want a fully equipped house, in a quiet neighborhood but still very close to all amenities and the beach.
The house layout enables simpler living in a cozy-smaller, efficient and fun space. Staying in “StM” gives you the opportunity to enjoy the luxury of a non – car option, if needed/wished for.
The overall feeling of the house is a perfect combination of elegant mid-century Greek style, partly decorated with our beloved grandma's favorite items to our latest addition a warm to the eye wooden staircase created as to match the welcoming easy-going atmosphere of the house.
The main entrance leads you to the ground floor with a pleasantly cool and fully stocked modern KITCHEN, with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals! Comes with electric range oven, a top freezer refrigerator, a countertop, a double sink with running hot and cold water, cooking utensils, kettle, coffee maker, and squeezer. The venue includes a comfy dining table where you can enjoy your meals.
The interior spiral wooden staircase leads you to the FIRST FLOOR where the kid(s) bedroom and the main bathroom are. The room includes a cozy twin size bed and a big closet while the bathroom comes with a comfortable shower, large mirror, and accessories that will allow you to make the most of the space. Kid(s) will love sleepovers in this room.
Following the stairs, you end up on the SECOND FLOOR with the master bedroom. It is air-conditioned with a firm, comfortable double bed, a large closet, TV (only Greek channels), and a spacious BALCONY with an astonished mountain view. Having your breakfast there is a must!
The house is equipped with new and fresh towels and linens and guests will have free access to WIFI.
We believe you will feel at home, welcomed in a recently renovated, tastefully decorated, tide and taken care of a traditional house.
