Grace Bay Beach Walk Villa is suitable for large families as this Villa has space for 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 guests in beds. Great for groups that want privacy and seclusion in casual surroundings. The Villa has a private pool and is only 10 steps to one the best beaches in the world. Pelican Beach (east end of Grace Bay Beach)
Grace Bay Grace Bay Beach Walk is surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens that offer beautiful coconut palms and cherry trees. The Villa is located on a private lot in the Leeward area of Provindenciales.
The Beach Walk is a Villa that we purchased and we split in half. (4 BR and 5 BR sides) You can rent the 5 bedrooms or 4 bedrooms villas. We also rent both sides together for 9 bedrooms.

Each side is separated by a sound proof wall and there are two privacy doors which can remain open or closed.
Each side has their own private sitting area, parking and private pool.

Leeward is a quiet community with security at night at the gate. This 4 bedroom Villa has a brand new outside covered outside sitting area, and a private pool ideal for children. World Famous Grace Bay Beach is only steps from the pool. The beach has beautiful soft white sand and nice for children. The hotel district is a mile beach walk to the west and a walk to the east will take you to a very wide and quiet residential beaches that will make you feel like you're the only one on them. Warm reef protected oceans, miles of beautiful beach to explore.
The Villa is located in a residential area amongst other medium to large sized villas.



The Beach is spectacular and the Villa is near restaurants, Provo Golf Course, Shopping, The Casino, a Marina, Bars and Tennis Courts.



The Villa has just finished extensive renovations including a New Gourmet Kitchen, New Stainless Steel Appliances, Granite Countertops, New stone area surrounding the Pool, Repainting, New Floors, Outdoor Shower, Indoor and Outdoor Lounge Furniture, New Linens, Indoor and Outdoor dining, Outdoor Gas BBQ Grill, Flat Screen TV, Plush Sofas, New Air Conditioning Units, , Portable IPOD Docking Station.

Air Conditioning: Though the trade winds and fans typically keep the villa cool and comfortable, air conditioning is available in all of the bedroomsand common area. To discourage use of the air conditioning/electricity with the doors and windows Electricity and water will be metered separately and we offer a three hundred dollar allowance for your stay.

reason to believe he may cancel at any time. Travelers can obtain such insurance; Owners cannot. You MUST have insurance in order to obtain a refund for any reason within the no refund period.

Great property and amazing location. The beach is literally less than a 1 minute walk to the most beautiful beach. Were were between 5 to 15 mins drive from all the major restaurants and hot spots. The host and house manager were both very communicative throughout anytime I had any questions or needs. Will definitely be staying again when coming back.

Nice Stay

We were a family of 5 staying for a week and this villa was so nice. It had everything we needed and was so close to the beach (which was amazing). The AC was amazing especially in mid-july heat. With that said, the cost for ac/water was very high, so be prepared to pay! We had a great stay here and really enjoyed ourselves. Sadly, the family that checked into the attached villa was very noisy and even became combative with us when the water was turned off in the area. Kathy and her team were amazing and moved us over to another villa that was a huge upgrade and we were so grateful!

Very accommodating

We had a lovely week staying at this beautiful property in Leeward. Owner and manager were very accommodating to helping us move to the adjacent villa when the AC unit stopped working. Shower pressure was on the low side but absolutely loved the private outdoor shower (with hot water) by the pool. The beach can be walked up and down only during low tide due to retaining walls of the beach properties. Look forward to renting again next year.

Great villa very close to the beach. Stayed in the 4bedroom part for a week in early March.We never heard the other side of the villa once during our stay. The rooms were spacious and nice. The primary layout was a little funky because the shower and sink are in the room with no separation and no toilet, but its fine for a week. All the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was spacious as well as the living room. Lets be honest, you're in Turks, you'll be outside most of the time! The pool area was great, nice lounges and shade. Pack your bug spray! The neighborhood is great. Across the street there is a 28M house for sale, and a 33M down the street that sold so that shows you what kind of area you're in. Always felt safe walking around. The beach access (not the beach) is 10 steps away, but toes in the water is not more than a 2min walk from the gates. There is construction going on around the house, but didn't bother us too much. That seems to be the case all around the island though. I highly recommend renting a car as taxis are expensive and this house is not walkable to stores or restaurants. Would stay there again.

Welcome To The Perfect Location

My friends and I embarked on a journey to one of the prettiest beaches in the world (Grace Bay). Little did we know that this VRBO would give us our own walking distance beach that held privacy, bioluminescence, great locals, and so much more. The house was wonderful inside and out. This is a location I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking to visit Turks.

Great location

We were 2 families with kids ages 10-13 and stayed after Christmas to after New Years Eve. The house is exactly as listed. My favorite part was how close this house was within walking distance to the beach. We had some great nights watching the sunset. The pool area was perfect for the kids and we used the outdoor shower to rinse off multiple times a day. 2 of the bedrooms didn’t have closest which was a minor annoyance but luckily we were families and just shared. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Great getaway to TCI

We stayed in Leeward TCI in December 2020. It was amazing. The only sad part was seeing how quiet and slow the island was. It was great for us because we never had anyone within 50 yards of us on Grace Bay. Other beaches we had all to ourselves. But it is sad when you think about how many locals rely on tourists to support their families. In regards to Covid it is way safer than anywhere in the US. Not only do you have to show proof of negative tests, everyone where’s masks and they spray your hands with sanitizer at every store before you are allowed to enter. Clearly their lock downs are working as they had only 11 active cases on all the islands when we were there. Aside from the craziness that is 2020, our trip was fantastic. The house was perfect for what we needed. Our points of contact were great and welcoming. Our house overall was as described. Close to beach, well equipped and perfect for our small family of 5 but easily could accommodate 10+. Don’t let the news media scare you from going if you were considering. My wife is quite cautious in the US and she felt completely comfortable there.

We loved this location - beach access right across the street. We recommend getting a rental car if you want to access restaurants and shopping. House was nice - had everything we needed. Shower water pressure was poor - maybe that’s an island thing? Otherwise, place was good!!!

As tourists we have had many meals with the local restaurants, chartered day trips to the other islands (Cays) Pine, Parrot, Dellis Middle and North Caicos. Fishing charters, island exploring, snorkeling the reefs right off the beach, para-sailing and kiteboarding are some of our favorite activities on the island. Our whole family became PADI Certified Scuba Diver's during a one week stay a few years ago. The places to see and things to do while on vacation in Turks are endless.

Why they chose this property

Beach Walk Villa is located right in front of the beach. No other property in this location and price point is even remotely this close. Most are a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach in the hot sun carrying chairs and coolers. The beaches in Turks and Caicos do not have public washrooms. With Beach Walk villa you are so close you can walk to your bathroom in your villa or walk to your own fridge when you need drinks or food. No planning required to go to the beach it feels like your staying on the beach. A perfect location for kids and grandparents. The beach at this location is exceptional and usually has very few people on it, perfect privacy.
