Hünsches, sauberes Haus in bester Lage

Das Ferienhaus liegt ideal am Ortseingang gelegen, so dass alles bestens fußläuig erreichbar ist. Ein Highlight ist nach hinten raus der Blick auf den Fluss, der für die teilweise stark befahrene Straße vor dem Haus entschädigt. Das Haus selber lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Es ist gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet und vor allem ist es sehr sauber! WIr kommen gerne wieder!

Authentiek met smaak gerenoveerde woning

Leuk authentiek huisje die mooi gerenoveerd is. Staat midden in La Roche-en-Ardenne met uitzicht op de rivier en onder het casteel. Voorzien van alle gemakken, zelfs koffie en thee staan klaar. Dichtbij winkels, bakker en heerlijke restaurants. Maar je loopt ook in korte tijd naar het kasteel, uitkijkpunt of de bergen in. Huis is schoon en smaakvol ingericht. Het ligt aan de weg maar is uitstekende geïsoleerd waardoor je dat nauwelijks meekrijgt. Heerlijk balkon met veel zon. Een echte aanrader.

mooi huis, goede ligging, zelf bed- en badtextiel meenemen

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Het is een leuk ingericht huis dat van vele gemakken is voorzien. Op loopafstand liggen restaurantjes, een bakker en een supermarkt. Let op: op de VRBO site staat niet goed aangegeven dat er geen bad- en bedtextiel aanwezig is. Dat dien je zelf mee te nemen of additioneel te huren bij de eigenaar. Ik had dat gemist, maar de eigenaar heeft dat de eerste avond nog aangeleverd, top service!
