This cottage in the Ardennes has 3 bedrooms, making it ideal for a family holiday. From the (Swimming pool heated from April to the end of September. Swimming pool not accessible in winter) covered and heated swimming pool you can enjoy the beautiful view.

At the edge of the Ortho forest, there are many walking, cycling or horseback riding routes that make it possible to go from the simple village to Houffalize, Bastogne and Marche-en-Famenne. The town of La Roche-en-Ardenne is less than 10 km away and is a real must: the castle, the banks of the Ourthe, shops, restaurants... Enough to make everyone happy! In winter, ski lovers can use the facilities of nearby La Roche, Vecmont or Samrée.

This gîte is located in a renovated old farmhouse and has fully preserved its Ardennes soul and charm. It is located at the end of a quiet country road. The large terrace faces south and invites you to barbecue. The owners live in the adjoining part of the gite and know the region well.

Charging of electric vehicles is forbidden as these facilities are not available.
Due to safety reasons, it is forbidden to charge an electric car via the holiday home's domestic power network

Die Fotos auf der Website waren wunderschön, deshalb freuten wir uns riesig darauf … bis wir vor der Tür standen, kurz hineinschauten und sofort wieder gingen! Es war furchtbar! Ich habe inzwischen eine Beschwerde eingereicht. So etwas kann man Gästen, die sich auf eine Woche Urlaub freuen, nicht antun. Altmodische Möbel, minderwertige Ausstattung und eine besonders unvorteilhafte Inneneinrichtung; selbst die Fassade war entsetzlich. Und das für sechs Personen? Es ist wirklich unglaublich, dass so etwas als Ferienwohnung angeboten wird!

Super freundliche und herzliche Gastgeber. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, um sich zu Hause zu fühlen. Die Umgebung des Hauses und die Landschaft grandios. Eine Ecke zum Wohlfühlen für gestresste Personen und Naturliebhaber.Wir haben die Landschaft, die netten Bewohner des Ortes" Orth" und das entzückende Städtchen La Roche en Ardennen, das man gesehen haben muss, sehr genossen. Nach einem Ausflug in die Natur und um Umgebung wurde der Pool ausgiebig genutzt. Wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen, zumal die Entfernung nach Frankfurt/Main recht gering ist. Vielen Dank an alle die wir kennenlernen durften.
