Wonderful Family Vacation

Property is exactly as advertised. My husband and our 4 kids stayed here and everyone had space. Property was very clean, has the best pool and beach in the area. Pool has a bar and grill to order from. Property is in walking distance to lots of food and shopping! The lagoon was amazing and great snorkeling right off the beach.

Not in pristine condition Compared to the Beachcomer orMeridan condos. Primer paint on ceiling, and bath vent fans are nonfunctional. Fast pace especially when the college kids are there for Margaritaville, Otherwise, place is adequate, we were for word about the construction 25 feet away, We took some interest in their work proved to be entertaining..we took some interest in their work proved to be entertaining. All in all white, again if price is good.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean and comfortable. The cove was beautiful. However, the beaches next to it was very rocky. I had to walk over 5 hotels to get a long strip of sandy beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with the condo in general. It was very clean and all the amenities were there. We really enjoyed that they had a full ice chest for us to use. The refrigerator was great and made a lot of ice. They had a full array of dishes and silverware along with detergent for both the dishwasher and the washer and dryer. There was a king, Double, and two twin beds available for our stay. The balcony had no view but a nice lush garden to look at in the mornings. Coffee maker worked great. However, when we got there on Saturday, there was no one in the office to check us in. We arrived at the property and could not find anybody to get us into the condo. I found a person that was cleaning a room and they contacted another coworker to find keys for us. I never saw anyone the entire trip that was from the front office. I contacted the management company when we arrived and no one returned my phone call for three hours. Thank God we had someone to let us into the condo. The condo itself was a little dated, but fine. It would’ve been great to have some games and a working TV as there were no batteries for the remote controls and was very difficult to maneuver the television and cable box.

Check in was very quick and easy. We requested a roll away bed and it was delivered very promptly. If/When I return to Grand Cayman I will definitely try and book at this location again.
