"La Villa", an exceptional house where the garden and the light will make your holidays unforgettable moments.
In this superb contemporary house of 170m², you will just have to put your luggage to enjoy the peace and well-being surrounding. Quality materials, large volumes, the décor ... Everything is made to your comfort.
Large kitchen open to a spacious living room. The house easily accommodates 10 people with 4 spacious bedrooms.
On the ground floor, 3 double bedrooms (140x190 bed, 160x200 bed, 180x200 bed). Upstairs 4 single beds 90x200.
The house has 2 bathrooms (a bathroom with bath and shower, a bathroom with shower) and 2 toilets.

Wonderful Villa, Great Location, Fabulous Host

We had a fantastic time at the Villa, would highly recommend this Villa to others, very central to the Normandy D-Day landing beaches, museums and Bayeux. The Port of Bessin is a gem.... Nice restaurants, fish markets, cafe's and bars. The Villa is clean, beautiful garden, comfy beds, has everything you need, peaceful and a fantastic host, we would definitely stay again.

Great stay!

It feels like home instead of a holidayhouse. The garden is beautiful and you are minutes of driving away from Omaha beach and his history. Even Port-en-Bessin is a lovely place with its fishing boats, harbour and the little shops. It was a great holiday. We hope to come back

Very comfortable and well appointed Villa. The owner was most helpful and welcoming. Port en bessin is delightful and an excellent base for exploring Normandy. The house managed a party of 10 without any difficulty.

Perfect Normandy House

This was a perfect house for our three couples. Privacy but open and enjoyable open space. the setting is very bucolic and in a beautiful garden. It is ideally suited for touring the beaches and for visiting Bayeux. The house was fully equipped and Valerie and Fracois great hosts.

Magnificent gîte with a lot of facilities

Beautiful and complete house, splendid garden. Valerie & Francois are very nice and helpful owners. A perfect starting point for exploring La Normandie. The Gîte (La Villa) offers you a lot of privacy and has more than enough facilities for the whole family. Not unmentioned should be that the Omaha Golf Club is very nearby (about 500 yrds). We enjoyed our stay and we intend to come back. I will not hesitate to recommend La Villa for your vacation. Ad van Zundert

Lovely house in Normandy

We have rented many properties in France, but this is definitely one of the best. This beautiful property is well positioned for amenities and is extremely well kept with all the modern fittings for comfortable living that we required. The extensive and well maintained gardens gave total seclusion to the property and the large decking area, South facing, gave perfect outdoor living space. The separate games and cinema building was outstanding. The host, Valerie, was extremely friendly and accommodating and catered for everything we asked. Would we stay here again? In a heartbeat! In fact we plan to return next year.

A garden oasis

The villa looked online to be what it is, a spacious well appointed bungalow set in well laid out and maintained grounds. The villa is very private and well located for both the Normandy beaches and Bayeux. Port en Bessin is delightful. The only quibbles would be that the mugs were difficult to hold and small. We bought some to use instead. The spiral staircase is very noisy but we didn’t need that room. The check in and check out processes were long compared to UK rentals. At the end of a long journey all we wanted was to get in, sit down and have a cup of tea and also use the loo. We know how ovens and hobs work and would have fathomed the light switches. It was, however, useful to know how the games room worked. Although we never used it. Check out was swifter but still every loo was inspected, every appliance checked, every room explored. We had paid for cleaning and we had left it in a good state. Maybe it is just different in France? None of this stopped us enjoying the property and Normandy. But it might be worth noting if you haven’t booked a villa in France before. We would recommend this villa as a place to stay.

schöner Familienurlaub in der Normandie

Zu viert haben wir das große Haus genutzt und dabei alle Annehmlichkeiten genossen, die wir uns gewünscht haben. Das separate Häuschen bietet zusätzliche Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, was uns sehr wichtig war. Der nächste Ort ist noch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dennoch ist ein Auto wichtig, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Normandie zu erkunden. Die Gastgeber Valerie und Francois waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zusammenfassend können wir dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit sehr großzügigen Garten. Es mangelt an nichts und das "Spielehaus" mit Kicker und Beamer war das Tüpfelchen auf dem "i"! Sehr nette Vermieter, die den gesamten Ein- und Auscheck-Vorgang sehr unkompliziert machen und auch gerne ihre Unterstützung anbieten.

Excellent stay in Port-en-Bessin

The house was perfect for our group of 8 people. A large kitchen and dining room, and plenty of space in the living room for everyone. The hosts, François and Valérie, were incredibly gracious and provided lots of tips on local restaurants and sightseeing.
