Our family lake home is nestled in the trees of a quiet neighborhood right off the beautiful water, with a 3 minute walk to a private beach! The house comes with a fully stocked kitchen; direct lake access; a patio deck w/outside dining; fire pit w/seating; large living areas; and 3 comfortable bedrooms in the main house and with a private, detached 4th bedroom. Lounge on the patio, enjoy the private sandy beach and spend the afternoon relaxing on the water. This property offers a private and peaceful retreat, tucked among the trees and a short walking distance to the water. Grill up a fresh meal for your group or gather around the fire pit or host yard games under the outdoor lights for a fun evening at home. The property is well equipped with comfortable furnishings and rustic accents that will make you feel right at home. Settle in and stretch out on the living room sofa and watch your favorite movie on the tv equipped with a DVD player. An open concept floor plan makes it easy to mix and mingle with your group. Lake house stay

Very nice property with lots of yard room to play games and enjoy the weather. Love the shore line and it was nice to have our own little section for swimming. Looking forward to coming back

Great Family Getaway

This is the 2nd time we have rented this lake home. It is close enough we could walk down to the beach. Plenty of room and not that far to a boat dock. The owners are very helpful if you need anything. Terrific place for family and friends.

The property was very clean and had almost everything you would need. The neighbors are very friendly and helpful. Its a great place for a weekend getaway, birthday party or just friends and family time. We definitely recommend to anyone that would like a quite friendly and clean place to stay.

The property was nice. We had the beach all to ourselves during our stay. That was really nice. The property is a little out of the way so I’d stop at the store first. The stores are 25 mins away. The host were very good at communication. The house was very nice and we had all we needed to cook with. (bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid). Rooms were cozy and comfy. The house and property were well maintained and clean. The walk to the beach was easy. The beach was well maintained as well. We enjoyed our time and would definitely go back another time.

Great Family Getaway

Already wanting to go back! The property was as described. Beds were comfortable and everything was neat and clean. Any questions or concerns were quickly answered by the owner. We took our boat and Polaris Ranger and had a terrific mini vacation.

Fun getaway!

We loved how open the kitchen and living room was and the property was clean! AC and ceiling fans work great as well! We loved the private beach! There is minimal cell service but we ended up enjoying that as we could really unplug! Kyle responded to all my questions very promptly and was friendly! The only downside was boat access. It was Approx. a 15 min drive to the closest marina. Overall we loved our weekend getaway with our 3 kids!

Lovely Lakehouse!

My family had a wonderful time during our visit! The rooms were spacious and the kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. The private beach was incredible! I would recommend a wagon or something to pull beach supplies in because the trek to the beach is short but rocky. Foot protection is essential because the beautiful sand scorched our feet. Once we hit the water we didn't mind the trek or the hot sand. There isn't any internet or wifi so be prepared to take your own hot spot if you need those things. We just picked a couple of movies from the provided library and were content. The time we spent there created lasting memories for our kids!

Grandma on a budget spending precious family time😊

Absolutely wonderful time. Great property for a big group of all ages. Everything was clean and so easy to enjoy. Lots of space inside and outside. Quiet neighborhood. The kids had plenty of room to play inside and out. We were able to drive our two kayaks and all of our beach stuff down to the beach and then park the car back at the house. Walk back down is literally a snap. We saw a bald eagle on the beach and a little fox in the yard.Beach area was clean and all sand. Will for sure rent again.Thank you Kyle.

Eufala getaway

The property was awesome and very nice literally has everything that you possibly would need in house... forgot something that you use to cook with no problem he has it... games, good dvds has the western shane also big plus lol kid movies.. at first was disappointed that beach wasn't by cabin or in eye sight cause i thought it was but honestly that went away really fast... the walk back and forth sucked sometimes but only when hauling stuff with 2 kids or if you forget something on boat and the horse flys keeping the pace with you lol. But the beach was very nice and sandy I wouldn't go really far to east end tho got a poop pond back up in woods u can smell and a little drainage but if you stay by dock or right side of it no problem. But all in all it was a awesome place to stay especially if your trying to lay some jugs or just get out into open waters for a dive. Everyone in neighborhood we met was nice and if you leave stuff in boat or canopy on beach nobody messed with it. I recommend this place for a getaway but I advise to bring a wagon at least for your stuff to haul down to beach.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed, kitchen, bathroom, space, air conditioning was all great. The 4th bedroom separated from the house is cute, but our guests weren't able to sleep there because they inadvertently left a light on and the small space became swarmed with gnats. We had plenty of room in the house though, and though the gnats also came into the large house to some extent, the extra high ceilings and large space made it not as noticeable. The beach is so amazing, and the rental's beds was very comfortable. We enjoyed the personal touches provided by the owners. We would rent again and remember to keep that bedroom's light off. Remember to pack bug spray and bring your own firewood if you'd like to use the firepit.

This house was amazing. All the reviews I read were 100% correct. Kyle was quick in answering all my questions. The moment we walked in the house it just smelled and looked clean. It was stocked with everything we needed. It was a short walk to the water. We have decided to make this an annual vacation spot.

Wow! Incredible Weekend!

Incredible find. We were in need of NOTHING at this house. It was exactly what we pictured and hoped it would be. S'mores and sitting around the fire, cooling off in the A/C, ALL cooking needs were in the cupboards, AMAZING sand beach for everyone to play on. So excited to find this place. We will definitely be back. BEST part was the the communication with the host. We never had any anxiety because he was so quick to reply and communicate. The people in the area helped us TREMENDOUSLY too. Can't wait to get back!

Cabin Review

My friends and I stayed in Kyle's cabin for 2 nights. The cabin was fantastic, you only have to walk 3 minutes to the beach and we could just spend all of the day relaxing and swimming there. The neighbors were also friendly, they let us to use their chairs until we leave, and gave us a ride back to our cabin as well! You may want to bring a bug spray for the night. But overall, Kyle is a great host and you will definitely not regret choosing this place!
