Beautiful new 2-bedroom home in an idyllic neighborhood

This beautiful newly build home is situated in a cul-de-sac in a quiet, idyllic neighborhood. The house consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is a completely separate unit from the main house with its own separate entrance which will provide needed privacy to its dwellers. The location comes with many parking spots. In addition, guests will have access to Wifi, a Smart TV (Roku accessible), fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom amenities. The large, serene, green and beautifully decorated backyard is a shared space between the front and back house.
This cozy place is conveniently situated amongst some of the coolest attractions that Southern California has to offer. Big attractions such as Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm are 5 and 2 miles away, respectively. For those who are interested in the local culture, there are smaller local attractions such as Medieval Times, Soak City, Adventure Park, or the swap meet that are a mere 10 minutes away.
NOTE: we have 3 outdoor cats who like to roam around the back yard. Turkey, the black cat, is the friendlies but will only let you pet his head. The other two might run if approached.
Since this guest house is situated in a residential neighborhood, we do not allow parties to be hosted at this location.

the owners are extremely accommodating and very sweet. the house is lovely and so is the outside sitting area i would love to stay again if i have the chance when i come back!!

Nice place to stay whole visiting Disneyland

The property was clean and inviting. It had everything we needed. It was a great homebase for our trip to Disneyland. Check in was easy and everything was communicated well in advance. We definitely recommend this home.

Disneyland Trip

Tim was very nice, communication was great. The property was very clean very conveniently located. It only took us 15 minutes to get to Disneyland. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property!

What a great property close to Disney! This 2 bed 2 bath property is the perfect place to stay if you are going to Disney! Clean, quiet and much more spacious than any hotel. Tim the owner was amazing to work with. I would absolutely stay here again! The fully equipped kitchen was wonderful and the bedroom spacious and comfy!

Very charming, clean home. Super convenient as each bedroom has it’s own washroom. Only 12 minutes by vehicle to get to Disneyland. Very comfortable stay.

Graduation retreat

We were quite late checking in and and the host was very kind and accommodating. It was the perfect location halfway between Angels stadium and our granddaughters home in Huntington Beach.

Lovely, peaceful, quiet

This property is spotless and the beds are very comfortable. It's in a quiet neighborhood, which allowed for great sleep. Nicely equipped kitchen (although I'd suggest more regular glasses and maybe a couple more wine glasses). :-) My sister and I really enjoyed our stay and the beautiful yard full of plants!

This space is beautiful. Great neighborhood. Very clean and updated. I would say a larger trash can in the kitchen would be the only suggestion. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Would for sure book again

Fantastic spot for any family

The home was clean and stocked with fresh linens and a few bonus snacks! Really enjoyed the neighborhood and location. Only suggestion would be to replace large glass round table with something smaller. And possibly include a sofa. As there is really no where to sit or hangout in the common area.

Great spot for our southern ca visit

Timothy was a great host! He was very quick to respond to my questions and was very kind when we met him in person. The location was about 20 minutes from Disneyland but a very easy drive through city streets. If you’re looking for a landing spot for sleeping, while being out and about for the day, this is a great place to stay. It was also about 20 mins to multiple beaches. The kitchen was great for cooking meals. There is a dining area, but no living room. There are tvs in each bedroom and the futon is located in one of the bedrooms. Overall, we are very happy with our choice to stay during our visit and the host was great!

Just enough

Property was 15 mins to Disneyland but was always longer with the traffic. Worked for our family of 5 during our 7 day stay. Note this is a small house without a living room. Has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen/dining room . The two bathrooms were great for getting ready in the morning. The property was good enough for just sleeping and getting ready to head to the parks. Would have liked to see the kitchen cupboards more stocked up with stuff a family may need like more dishes, a baking tray for the oven. Could have also used a bigger kitchen garbage as a family of 5 fills up a tiny one daily. Overall good place to stay for a good price.

No family room

Space was very clean with beautiful decor! It was absolutely perfect in terms of the space that was there! If all you need is a place to sleep, then you won't find a nicer place. However, if you intend to spend any time "hanging out" and relaxing, this might not be the ideal place because there is no family room or common area space with a couch, etc. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a dining table, plus a nice outdoor patio space -- but no family room for hanging out or lounging around with the family. It's my fault because I looked afterwards and the posting did not specify there was a family room, but I just assumed any house would have a family room without it having to be explicitly stated. Lesson learned. It wasn't a huge deal, but after each long day of tourism and coming back exhausted, it would have been nice to have a space for the family to lay around and still be together without having to lay down in a bedroom. If that is not a need for your stay, then I would 100% recommend this house and its very friendly owners!
