This place was perfect for our needs. We were heading to surf lodge and coming by boat. We were able to unload at the dock pictured in the photos and then short walk to the unit.The home was clean and otherwise as expected. We had a great stay and would stay again. Some things to note - it is not self checkin you have to pick up a key from a person in an office. I have gotten really used to self checkin so this was a bit alarming as we were in a rush. - there aren’t two futons. It’s just two normal couches. Luckily we only had 3 so this wasn’t a problem but it could be for others.

Birthday Getaway!

Me, my boyfriend and 2 of our dear friends came for a long weekend to celebrate my birthday. Sofia’s place was exactly what we needed. It was beautiful, clean and super comfortable! Location was prime, and she was super easy to get in touch with if need be. We’ll be back!

Amazing Stay

This is our second year staying at Sofia's place. We absolutely love it. The views are spectacular and the condo is wonderful. It fits our family of 5 perfectly. My kids loved the bunk room! As far as beach vacation rentals go, this one is a keeper!

Excellent accommodations, nice details, well stocked with supplies. Killer bay views. The photos do not do proper justice.

Great sunsets on the porch and at local restaurants; very nice newly refinished interior

5 days of wonderful relaxation with my wife in late May. Great local restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Easy bike ride into town. We look forward to going back.

Can't beat being right on the water in a quiet community with a pool and hot tub. Condo was updated and had all the necessities including a dedicated ice maker and wine fridge. Thanks Sofia!

Spectacular Views and Amazing Resort

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location was perfect and we loved all the amenities available. Sofia was so easy to work with and the condo was in perfect shape for our arrival. Fabulous Condo💜💜💜

We loved our stay. Gorgeous condo and stunning location. The owner was extremely responsive, and the property management folks were amazingly friendly and accommodating. The condo is so modern and beautiful. You can’t beat the view of the beach and the beautiful flag flying docks from the deck, as well as the local restaurants. So lucky to have found this spot and hope to stay again 💜💜💜

Montauk 2021

The location of the unit was perfect to watch the amazing sunsets. The unit was beautiful, tastefully done, well appointed and with all the conveniences. I would definitely rent this unit again. Sofie was fabulous answering all of my questions. Just wish the weather would have been better.

Great stay

This place is just and it is pictured. It is a short drive to town. It was a little cool out when we were here but having views was a huge plus! We could sit inside but still have a gorgeous view whether we were just hanging out on the couch or cooking dinner. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals on site and enjoy the comfort of our own place. We went with our 11 month old, the place was baby friendly and the small extra room was perfect for us. We will definitely be back!
