Awesome Stay

The whole process was seamless and our entire stay was wonderful! The closeness to the beach and pool was fantastic. It is a 1 bedroom condo with a Murphy bed in the living room. Great for our family of four and our fur buddy. We will definitely be returning on our next vacation.

My stay

We were there the first week of August. The condo is convenient and dog friendly. The condo was fine, dirty carpet, but it’s a pet friendly beach rental. The location is excellent and so are the views. However the facilities (pools and hot tubs) are nasty. Dirt and hair everywhere in the pools!!!!. Hot tubs are the same.

The condo is cute but stunk

This condo is adorable but stunk very badly of animal urine. I contacted the manager via messages thru VRBO and never heard from anyone. Otherwise I enjoyed the property very much.

Had a great time, easy in and out, a fair amount of oversized parking. Like it's not on a super high floor. And you can hear the waves from the condo, not so high you can't hear them.

Quick getaway

Wonderful for dogs and very nice unit and clean for my husband and me and our dog. Dog park right next door. Only negative thing is on weekend nights loud trucks going up and down the strip in front of building til late at night. Owners very nice and unit very nice.

Labor Day Weekend

We stayed at Gossia's apartment @ Patricia Grand for the long Labor Day weekend. The place was clean, very nice layout and great view from balcony. Special grassy area near the building for dogs was available. Location overall was amazing with just a block away from Starbucks, Ben&Jerry and just few minutes away from shopping and entertainment. I gave a 4 stars for cleanliness as the carpets were in need of little TLC. Besides that, all was amazing and we really enjoined our stay.
