In the medieval listed village of Haut de Cagnes, on the 1st floor of an authentic village house located on the ramparts, CHARMANT STUDIO of 35 m², completely renovated, offering a comfortable and bright living room with a superb view of the sea the Mediterranean, the village and terraced gardens. You will find an equipped kitchen (oven, hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster), a dining area, a sofa, TV, WIFI internet access. The bedroom area is separate from the living room, with a shower room (hairdryer), an independent WC.
This studio is equipped to accommodate 2 people (bed linen and towels provided).
2 free public car parks and a secure paying car park are located next to the house. As you wish, you can enjoy the freshness of the cobbled and flowery streets of the village, taste its gourmet restaurants, visit the Grimaldi Castle and stroll on the terraces, in the galleries of paintings. To reach the coast and the fishing village of Cros-de-Cagnes: free shuttles every 15 mins - Nice Cote d'Azur Airport 10 mins, St Paul de Vence 10 mins, Cannes and Monaco 40 mins.

Refuge dans un bourg fabuleux !

J’ai adoré ce petit gîte confortable sur les ramparts avec une vue magnifique. Le chant des oiseaux, la vue sur la mer, les ruelles fleuries, le calme, la place du château tout près avec de bons restos. Aussi, la navette no 44 qui passe très fréquemment et permet d’aller facilement à Cagnes sur mer. Bref, un coup de cœur pour Haut de Cagnes !

Wunderschöne und gut eingerichtete Wohnung und toller Lage

Ich weiß, dass eine 5-Sterne-Bewertung immer ein bisschen unglaubhaft wirkt, aber welche Ferienwohnung, wenn nicht diese ist es wert. Selten habe ich eine so geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung gesehen, bei denen sich sogar einige Hotels noch eine Scheibe von Abscheiden können. Wir waren beeindruckt von den vielen kleinen und liebevollen Details und der Ausstattung der Wohnung. Es gab nichts, was uns während unseres Aufenthalts gefehlt hätte. Aus der Wohnung selbst hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer und man ist fußläufig in max. 5 Minuten am Château Grimaldi. Dieses bieten auch einen kleinen Vorplatz mit verschiedenen Restaurants. Dort haben wir uns abends oftmals in einer wundervollen Atmosphäre ausgelassen. Haut de Cagnes ist zwar wunderschön, allerdings auch eng und verwinkelt. Deshalb kann u. U. die Parksituation manchmal ein wenig herausfordernd sein. Zum Be- und Entladen des Fahrzeuges, kann man aber kurz vor der Haustür halten. Parken lasst sich aus unserer Erfahrung sehr gut in der Rue des Combes. Dort war zumindest, als wir im September dort waren, immer ein Parkplatz zu finden. Zur Ferienwohnung sind es dann auch nur noch 5 - 10 Minuten Fußweg. Alternativ gibt es auch ein Parkhaus direkt in der Nähe. Die Vermieter waren waren freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben jede unserer Fragen schnell und unkompliziert beantwortet. Hier gab es keinerlei Beanstandung. Insgesamt hat diese Ferienwohnung ein großes Stück dazu beigetragen, dass wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Südfrankeich haben durften.

L'appartement est très jolie et comme sur les photos. La vue sur la mer et le lieu dans haute de cagnes sont extraordinaires. Flora est Xavier sont des hôtes très gentils et cordiales. Nous reviendrons sûrement :-)

Bonjour Flora et Xavier, Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Haut de Cagnes, dans votre appartement superbement bien aménagé,confortable et très propre avec une vue magnifique sur la mer, un magnifique village médiéval où il fait bon vivre. Un accueil très chaleureux par les propriétaires, une petite attention particulière (petites douceurs) à notre arrivée :) Il n'y a pas de commerces dans le village, mais une navette passe toutes les vingts minutes pour aller en ville ( sauf grève ) pendant notre séjour, pas de chance. Je le recommande vivement, nous y retournerons sans hésitation. A bientôt, Bénédicte et Jocelyne
