Great location, could be better

Amenities were lacking, we had 5 people staying for 3 nights and were provided one roll of toilet paper. No handsoap, paper towels, or silverware. The floors were dirty and furniture could use a deep cleaning. there was no floor mat and one single small towel was provided, the shower curtain was too short for the tub and water would leak all over the floor. Rooms were okay, was prepared for the car lift being a problem as we brought ear plugs. found that more people used during the day and not the night so did not seem to be a huge problem for us. Check in process could have been easier as the instructions had us go through the garage and car lift even though there was a front door and would have been much smoother to explain. will be interested in seeing how the security deposit gets returned.

Therefore, guests are to either buy from local shops or bring these from home, as needed. We take note of all the points raised and correct the cleaning as necessary. Due to the size of the towels available this time, there was no charge. Bigger towels are now available. We are sorry for the shortcomings this time. Gedateerd maar mooi gelegen appartement!

Leuk appartement en van alle gemakken voorzien. Vlak aan het strand met een mooi uitzicht op zee. Levendige omgeving. Interieur is, ondanks dat het schoon is, aan een opknapbeurt toe. Met name badkamer en keuken. Airconditioning niet aanwezig maar zeewind maakt een hoop goed! Echte minpunt is het kunnen parkeren. Hiervoor is een mogelijkheid op dak maar hiervoor moet je van een veel te smalle en kleine auto lift gebruik maken.

Bel appartement idéalement situé, avec terrasse permettant de déjeuner à 4 personnes confortablement. Parking avec ascenseur pour voiture, donc auto taille moyenne maxi. Commerces et restos à proximité. Un peu bruyant en restant acceptable. Équipements complet. Manque WiFi compris dans le prix de la location. Globalement très bien.

Location of La Pinede was ideal but there were some issues that I will tell you. The dish washer didn't work at all. So we had wash dish by hand. Also it would have been nice if in the other bed room would have been also cooler. One sun blind didn't work. And we had to vacuum clean in the beginning to get the apartment clean enough. Better check that there are not bed bugs in La Pinede because one of us got pretty nasty bites that are getting better But we had pretty nice holiday in La Pinede :)

belle vue en balcon mais cher pour la qualité

+ balcon + emplacement pour plage et promenade - Nous avons payé environ 200 euros par nuit et nous nous attendions à beaucoup plus que ce que nous avons eu (airbnp était beaucoup moins cher pour la même période) - parking très difficile avec un ascenseur complexe pour voiture - l'intérieur de l'appartement a besoin d'être rénové - pas de papier toilette disponible à notre arrivée au milieu de la nuit - Nous avons réservé pour 3 personnes mais seulement reçu deux linge de lit. quand nous avons demandé le troisième la réception nous a dit que ce n'était pas gratuit !! - pas de shampo ou de savon disponible dans l'appartement - Internet n'était pas gratuit et c'était très cher
