Great property close to Fashion Square and Old Town. Lots of space and nice decor. Great and well equipped kitchen. I had a little hiccup with the door keypad at check in but the host responded and all went very smoothly after that. Definitely recommend this property. A very comfortable place to stay.

Was nice to just sit at the pool. I was unable to get into the water, but the surroundings were awesome, including the orange tree! The Condo had everything I needed and the area was nice and very quiet! Thank You!

Great experience!

Location great, felt very safe. , 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Perfect getaway location for two ladies over 60. Pool was very clean, and not busy at all.

It was in a great location & the interior was clean, comfortable & spacious. A heated pool was promised, and important to my knee therapy, but not provided. That was very disappointing, especially for the long stay.

I’m glad I could provide you with a complimentary early check-in to help you settle in with your groceries. Regarding the pools, they are heated during the winter months to ensure guest comfort. I truly wish I had known about your recent knee surgery and specific therapeutic needs prior to your arrival. I would have clarified that the HOA does not heat the pools during the spring and summer. My goal is always guest satisfaction, which is why I offered a full refund for your remaining nights so you could find a facility better suited to your recovery needs. Even though you chose to stay at our condo, I hope the rest of your trip was restful. I wish you well in your recovery!

Wonderful remodeled condo within walking distance of downtown Scottsdale

The recently renovated condo is very comfortable and convenient to downtown Scottsdale. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week. The bed may have been the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on! My mother lives nearby, so the location was ideal for our family. I would definitely stay there again!

This well appointed condo is exactly as described. The directions and communication are excellent. The host Rachel, is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional to deal with. We highly recommend this property!

away from the cold

The location of the condo is great - a simple 10-15 minute walk to old town. It was easy to get to anywhere from the condo location. The host was very pleasant and easy to work with - the only drawbacks were that you could hear the upstairs tenant when he was moving around (but it wasn't terrible) and the washer & dryer situation is tricky if you don't have a good cell phone signal - luckily the neighbors are very nice and helpful.

The condo is spacious with two bedrooms and two full baths, both with tub showers. The second bedroom would make for a perfect option for a family of four. Plenty of closet space and hangers in both bedrooms.We appreciated all the minor conveniences...everything from plenty of kitchen supplies, dinnerware and glasses, as well as wine openers, scissors, and other little things aren't found in many rentals. Quality toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap say a lot about the owner's desire to make for a comfortable stay.Condominium complex is very well located to Old Town and the Fashion Mall. It's older but pretty well maintained.Overall a comfortable stay and would recommend.

Great Location

The stay was fine, There was a problem with the front door and lock the required a handyman 2 hours to fix, It was a problem since we were locked out for a while. We loved the location so near to Old Town

Quick trip

Came to Scottsdale to help move a family member into a new apartment. Perfect condo. Clean and had everything you need. Only downside is the covered parking is further away, so we stayed in guest parking. Would recommend this place.

Everything you need and then some!!!

The owner is the best!!! Beyond accommodating!! Prior to coming I had many questions and she immediately responded every time! Last evening I received an email telling us that our flight back to NY changed from noon to 11:30 at night! I sent her a msg asking her if we could stay until 5:00 and immediately said absolutely and was nice enough not to charge me. Location is PERFECT, the place was spotless, the pool perfect and not once did we hear the neighbors!!! Also the complex has orange trees all over and some sort of tree that flowers and smells unbelievably as your walking around. Wish I knew what kind it is!!!!

Great place for a sister's getaway!

We enjoyed this property a lot! Nice pool with warm water and lots of lounge chairs to relax on. Cozy and clean condo with a well supplied kitchen and comfy beds. Close to many great restaurants and shopping which was great for us!
